Sporadic connectivity problems between 9:30 am Est and 10 am EST
A number of clients have reported to us a problem accessing their Wild Apricot sites in the time period from 9:30 am and 10 am.
We have investigated this and found that while all our servers were up and running during that time and accessed fine from our own locations and by most clients, our monitoring systems did register connectivity issues from several regions, including US Midwest and Australia. It looks like our hosting provider experienced some malfunction with their network connectivity from certain locations - but everything was back to normal as of 10 am EST.
We will be investigating this further and post additional details here as they become available.
We apologize for inconvenience.

This was confirmed as an issue with our hosting provider, here's their notification:
"At approximately 9:30 AM EST the TWTelecom Internet bandwidth circuit began having issues. The circuit was up, and the BGP session with our network was active but data to some destinations was being lost in transit.
At 9:55 AM EST we rerouted data to our additional Internet bandwith providers which solved the issue. We have a ticket open with TWTelecom and working to resolve the issue. Until the TWTelecom routing issue is resolved we will continue to route all data over our additional Internet bandwidth providers."
