We would like to inform you that the whole situation with Wild Apricot is stable now and our System Operations engineers are constantly monitoring system state. Root cause analysis will be published as soon as the investigation is completed.

Also the issue with 3 column layout being broken has been fixed.

Our developers are still investigating the issue. Wild Apricot websites are currently available and we are monitoring the system for any availability issues.

Unfortunately there is another issue related to restoring page templates with 3 column layout. Once the page is restored, the layout is broken to vertical orientation instead of horizontal, so 3 columns turn into 3 rows. Some of such layouts are already broken and restoring versions from history will not fix that unfortunately. We are working on that issue also to get it fixed as soon as possible.

Just an update to our current issue. The websites are now stable and ready for you to continue working. We are monitoring the activity very closely to ensure that we are truly stable.

The initial investigation revealed that our database was no longer able to communicate with our Primary server. When this occurs, the database is designed to re-connect automatically and this did not happen.

Our team of engineers is investigating as to why this occurred.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to monitor performance and stability.
