Update on Downtime from July 4-5
As you may have noticed, all Wild Apricot sites were down from July 4 at 8:00 PM to July 5 at 2:45 AM EDT. The total downtime took 6 hours 45 min.
The outage occurred due to a network issue that our internet service provider experienced. We are looking into ensuring this doesn't happen again.

The cause of the downtime has been identified and addressed.

We have now received an incident report from our data hosting company regarding this outage. They apparently experienced a Power outage on one of their CISCO appliances. It took them several hours to complete their investigations, and they had to reset the unit which fixed the issue.
They assured us they are taking all precautions to avoid something like this in future, but this is not good enough for us. We are now in the process of moving to a different more reliable data host. This move might take several months so please bear with us. Please accept our sincere apologies.
