1. Emails/ Email Drafts - Saving Issues

   There is currently an issue with emails where the "Save" button in the email editor is not working correctly, as well as the autosave function.

   Please make sure to use the "Save and Exit" button on the top right of your email editor when working on your emails to ensure that your work is saved. This is the only method currently that will guarantee your work is saved while working on emails/templates.

2. Membership Emails/Actions

   There has been an issue with regards to Membership emails and actions not being triggered as per the Membership Level settings. These were rectified yesterday with all emails and actions being retroactively triggered. Please contact support if you have any questions.
