I would like to add my support for greater control of system emails. I have set as many templates as I can to match our 'style' - but some emails get sent that I cannot change and so appear quite inconsistent to users. In particular the forgotten password request, and notification that another user has sent you a message.

A single page with links to edit all system email templates would be fantastic and make life much simpler. At the moment I seem to have to fish around the settings pages to find the system email templates.

    Hello

I have a similar request. I would like certain users (for example administrators or board members) to be able to send an email blast to all members from outside Wild Apricot. In this way the message could be composed in the sender's usual email application, without them having to log into Wild Apricot. To deliver the email blast, the sender would then simply send the message to a specific email address that forwards the message to all members. Similar to the 'Yahoo groups' style functionailty described above.

    Does that make sense?

At the moment I have to manually copy member email addresses from the Wild Apricot database into our email list, which is a real pain.
