Allow event macro "Invoice_Details_URL" use in manual emails.
Allow event Macro "Invoice Details URL" to appear in manual emails.
I use this macro to prompt "pending" event attendees via the Events email pending tool, but cannot use it to later prompt non-paying registrants. This would be very helpful.

Having several schedules for email blast
The new update for scheduling email blasts is really a great idea. It was a problem before that this one does not exist. But in addition to this feature, maybe we can add like 3 or 5 schedules in 1 email.

Provide the capability of allowing the user to select as his default the font type and font size he/she prefers to use.
have the user select the default type font and size he/she prefers to use. Now, we must go through selecting our preferred font and its size for every email we do. Sometimes if the content is fairly long the system reverts to your default and the result is text with a mixed font which then requires further editing. Someone suggested a "preferences" approach. That would work for me.

email list forwarding
I like being able to send email to our list of members, and I like being able to have them maintain their own contact info via their profile.
I hate your email/HTML editing tool, it's just horrible.
Can you please give me a way to simply have an email list address to which I can send an email from my favorite email client and it will forward to the membership list? I don't really care about link or open tracking.
Example: send an email to members@mydomain.com. It forwards to all members (or whatever search subset I define when I…

Ability to sort Email Log by Eblast
I would like to see only Eblast sent so I can look at their stats.
Please add a sort option for "Eblast" to help me sort some 4,000 emails much easier to see how effective our eblast are. Thanks, Tim

Distribution list
I want to type several email addresses into 1 link - so the user can click once to email a message to the entire committee. So - does WA have like a 'distribution list' feature?

email failures
simpler variation of email failures suggestion.
Tech support recommended I make this feature request. Since failing emails are logged to an email failure page, If any outgoing email(s) fail(s} notify the admin or a preset role to view the email failure page. Only 1 notifiication need be sent per day. The admin can then logon and fix automatic emails or notify a user why their email failed. This will prevent the admin from having to log on each day or from getting tons of emails if there are multiple failures.9 votes -
Automatic email tracking
I am a new administrator for a museum website and email system, and I was surprised to find that open- and click-through rates were calculated for manual email sends but not for automatic sends. The latter becomes a time-consuming manual calculation, but no less important to our effort to measure the efficacy of our communications. Adding this summary would greatly improve the email product.

Saved contact or member search in email log
After an email is sent, it is impossible to determine which saved search was used – perhaps the search used should be recorded somewhere so that it can be used again and you don’t have to spend time guessing.

sending emails to saved drafts
In a previous version of WA, we were able to select a membership level or group we wanted to send an email to, and then choose a saved email draft. Now we are directed to use the templates or create a new email, but can't use a draft currently saved. It would be nice if we could get the function back to choose a saved email draft for an eblast.
Thanks!

More Email Templates!
Love the templates -- but want more! Like back to school, President's Day, Woman's History Month that kind of stuff... Would also like more membership samples for renewal notices, profile update, membership drives...oh and some with imagery for events that has more of a business focus. And lastly perhaps some more inclusive variations for some of the holiday templates. Example - Christmas is a religious holiday that is not recognized by some and is not necessarily appropriate to send. Since it is not common to know what holiday they would observe, and it would be nice to start with a…

If email failure rate is high, notify admin and/or sender
If an e-blast has an unusually high failure rate, notify the webmaster and/or the sender.
The notification should include instructions on how to see the failures and the error messages, how to discover the reason for a failure, and how to resend to the failed addresses.
The failure rate and who to notify could be user-configurable but should not default to nobody.
And URLs in the displayed Failure Text should be clickable.
This suggestion comes from having discovered that 15% of our e-blast last night was rejected by AOL and Yahoo. The error messages suggested resending, which worked. But if…

Break out unsubscribes in email data summary
Currently, the summary of an email blast or event announcement shows total opens and clicks. Clicks are a good thing BUT in this case, the clicks include unsubscribes which is important information that might be skewing your analysis.
I would propose that clicks to unsubscribe be broken out so the summary says: total opens, clicks and unsubscribes.

Two or more Organizers, neither of whose personal email addresses is a Reply-to
Allow for more than one person to be associated with an event (e.g., a Reservationist, an Organizer, and maybe even a Manager). The person(s) will vary from event to event. People associated with one event should not get emails associated with other events they are not involved in. Typically these would not be the Organization Contact, nor would a universal multi-address routing list be appropriate. The people/email addresses should be specifiable without requiring full Webmaster privileges.

notify administrator about disabled email delivery
Current behavior: contacts who experience persistent email delivery problems will eventually have email delivery automatically disabled.
It would be great if there was a way to automatically notify website administrator when email delivery for certain contact or a member gets disabled because of persistent delivery problems.

Make a template's Reply-to sticky
Make a template's Reply-to sticky. It keeps reverting to my own. Sooner or later I'm going to forget to change it, or in changing it, I'll make a mistake. However, it should still be easy to change the Reply-to (e.g., not all events have the same person in charge), and maybe there's a way for the system to alert the user that the reply-to is their own personal email address (which an organization may not want to have associated with emails in any case.)

Resend email without having to start Wizard over
After sending test email (USING WIZARD, NOT THE TEST LINK!) let me send the blast (if it tested okay) without having to start over. Reasons: (1) Additional work (2) The Reply-to reverts to my own address. Re-typing or re-selecting the Reply-to invites error. Why don't I use the test button? I do. But not just before sending the blast, because it doesn't test using the desired Reply-to ! (3) Sometimes it's desirable to send to two lists, as separate processes, so they can be tracked separately (e.g., Members' opening speed vs. non-Members). It would be nice to just backtrack and…
