Hello, I want to let you know that while I love using your platform for our organization’s website. The video tutorials on how to use certain features on Wild Apricot is not ADA compliant.
I am the president of an organization for Sign Language Interpreters in the NYC Metro area and personally love your platform. On the other hand, I know several other Deaf organizations who also use Wild Apricot and they have trouble understanding your tutorials because they do not have subtitles or captions. The great thing about this is that is wouldn’t only benefit those who are deaf but also those who speak another language or for people who are not able to use sound in the environment that they are in.
I hope this tip does not go unnoticed as it would benefit a great deal of people who use your product as well as your company by considering the needs of your consumers.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help.
