Firstly, we love this system and are currently in development with several accounts.
Problems we've had are with the HTML cleaning script (worse with 4.0) and having to bounce around between the CSS custom screen, and then back to the HTML. The customization process is not very intuitive because of the separation, ideally we could upload existing CSS files and use those instead of, or in addition to, the custom css input you have built. The existing process is time consuming which costs me money.
We're stuck goofing around with firebug to do some pretty basic stuff (like menu bar customizations) and so I would agree with other postings here that we need a bare bones template to build on. We also would like to be able to integrate existing Javascript and jQuery scripts. WA 4.0 cleaning scripts seem to prevent this, can you comment on this issue?
I like both suggestions for a separate forum and a designer help manual. Again, overall this is an excellent product, thanks!
