Mobile App broke - not displaying active events with past start dates
On Nov.5 or 6 the filtering of events changed or broke for the mobile app - all of our events that have start date older than the currentdatetime do not display in the Mobile Events lists and our members cannot register for them. We have several ongoing events that we hold open for the entire year or and entire month and they have stopped displaying in our mobile app for our members. 99% of our members only register using the mobile app, so this is a HUGE problem. We have reported it to tech support 3 days ago and they still have not provided any update - is everyone/anyone else having this same issue? It is not being reported as an open issue on the "Service Notices" page, so not sure if they are even trying to address it or not.
