[CONTINUED] Hardware maintenance Oct 25th 2 am EST
We are ramping up our hosting infrastructure (servers/firewalls/switches etc) to increase the speed and reliability of Wild Apricot system. Installation and configuration of some additional hardware will be performed on Oct 25th at 2am EST - the night of Wednesday to Thursday. Total maintenance window is scheduled to be up to 60 minutes. During this time we will be switching off our web servers one by one to configure them. Any users currently routed to that specific server would be disconnected and lose their session data (e.g. application forms/registration forms/email or page edits etc.). We recommend saving your work and logging off for the full duration of maintenance window. We apologize for any inconvenience.
