Issues with missing, incomplete, and inaccurate email tracking
Following a database migration, we've been experiencing a number of issues with the email log and with email tracking, including the following:
* Log entries before October 2018 are not being displayed
* Inaccurate delivery and failures numbers for emails sent before December 6th
* Email statuses not updated for messages sent on December 6-8
* Email content not being displayed in email log
We apologize for the inconvenience these errors have caused. Our developers are working to correct them as quickly as possible.
This migration was the first upgrade to our email system in our history and should improve stability in the future.
The issues with email logs and tracking have been fixed, and the missing data has been restored.
