An error occurred while saving the comment I agree that sending passwords plain texts is not secure. We plan to address this. However, all credit card information is processed with extra care, in full compliance with PCI DSS guilelines.
And Wild Apricot doesn't store any credit card information on it's servers - it's all kept at secure vaults of payment providers. -

We don't have this functionality directly, but you can archive the member - I think this will fit your situation perfectly,
If you do so, all member's information will be still in the system, but member won't be included into any emails/statistics, etc and won't be counted into account contact limit. -

How are you going to use QR codes on membership cards? Do you expect some additional functionality in WA, which will be able to read and process these codes?

An error occurred while saving the comment I've verified this with our Wild Apricot Payments partner - this is not technically possible at the moment - all fees are calculated long after transaction happened.
However, I see it as reasonable request - let's see what others say about this.An error occurred while saving the comment It's not an easy task for taking into account actual gateway's fees - they might be different for each transaction (e.g. different types of credit cards, oversees transaction, etc). Not sure even if it's technically possible...
