Custom Standard Report/Attendance List
Our Agency needs to be able to run a report/ attendance list for each of our events. The report/ list needs the first and last name of the participant, what lunch option they have chosen, and a space for a signature. The report title will need the name and date of the event. Right now we export and then have to make many adjustments to the report before it is ready. ADD "ADVANCE SEARCH" IN EVENT EMAILING SELECTION
As a Wild Apricot partner since inception, the power of the platform is its efficiency is use of man hours. Undoubtedly, Wild Apricot is the most powerful back end, GLOBALLY.
I recently provide training to a group of users demonstrating this power in particular on the event email process works. When asked if the contacts are from various states or areas, how do they isolate an invite to a limited group.

Additional filters needed for Financial income reports
We need to be able to run the income report (to show all invoices issued in the period) and be able to filter by the payment tender to show the portion of an invoice paid by wild apricot payments, the portion paid with a credit on the account, or other tenders and the portion that remains unpaid at the end of any given period. Currently, the income export will show all invoices and the amount paid/unpaid but it doesn't break down the amount of each payment tender. Event description data passed to Stripe
Some of our events have multiple costed items. The Stripe record contains all of these as well as the event name in its description field, for example:
Invoice #02740: Registration for "Bembridge Triangle" (03 May 2019 - 06 May 2019, Solent), Member Are you coming to the Bembridge BBQ? - Yes Are you eating at Master Builder? - Yes (Guest 1) Fred Bloggs (Guest 1) Are you coming to the Bembridge BBQ? - Yes (Guest 1) Are you eating at Master Builder? - Yes

Additional detail on "Order" page
We just started using the online store this year and think that on the "Order" page there should be a tab for the "Item purchased" We have a few different sponsorship opportunities going on and in order to see who purchased what we have to go into each order (which is tedious).

Make all custom form field types available for donation form, i.e. File attachment
All of the field types that are available for custom membership form fields should be available for custom donation form fields. Currently, some of the field types are not available.

Add the capability to password protect a page area of the website.
Our organization has the need to sometimes manage sensitive information. We would like to do this electronically on the website. Therefore would like to see a capability added where we could password protect a specific page area.

Account Number Always Visible in Admin Section
Put the account number on the side of the header where the help/support/feedback links are since you need it to submit a request. That way you don't have to navigate away from where you were to get the account number just to navigate back to finish what you were doing.

Can separate security be setup for admins that manage payments within Wild Apricot. Currently, all administrators can change the payment information.

Edit after creating event field type
Right now we have to delete a question and make a new one. Please add the ability to just edit a question and change the type (i.e. change a check all that apply to a multiple choice question).

Sync Email/Event Timing
Please allow events to open at specific dates and times and be able to sync the event email to go out at the same time as event opens. Thanks!
The sign-up and email are different. The email goes on days from the event; the sign-up goes calendar days. So, the sign-up opens at 12:01 AM and there is no way to sync up the emails.1 vote -
How Many People Join for One Year and Don't Renew?
We would like to know how many members join once (for a year) and don't renew. This would be a number that we would target to decrease over time. We want to know if our efforts of retaining members is working over time. Looking at the total membership numbers doesn't give that information. Knowing the average length of time a member stays would be useful.

copying email to website a big issue
Every month, I copy the monthly email newsletter into a web page. I had a very difficult time copying the images from the latest email. They come in as a gadget that doesn't go across the column in the web page. I had to delete each of them and then get the image down again. Not user friendly.
Sorry, but I don't believe the testing for this new feature meets your usual high standards.

Positioning and Tables
Two things:
1) Please can you place the 'Add layout' in the column on the left so that I don't have to keep scrolling to the bottom each time I want to add a section.
2) It would be good to have a 'Table' gadget so that I can create a table (like Excel) in my email.
3) Is there any way we can have more than a 3 column layout?

Event Email Process
ACK!! I just sent an event annoucement email out to my entire contact list rather than those I intended by rushing through the process. In the regular email module, before sending it gives a number of people I'm sending to based on who I've selected. This is a nice final confirmation check before I hit/schedule a send.
This same functionality in event announcement/reminder emails would be a good failsafe.

Pay Now button through Wild Apricot/AffiniPay
As of right now, there is no way for me to send a link for a member to pay through AffiniPay that is linked to Wild Apricot. For example, if I send a member a link to pay their membership fees through AffiniPay and they do, I still have to record that payment in Wild Apricot. If WA developed a link from their website to pay for a membership and recorded it when it was paid, it would just save me some steps.

Allow different membership levels for bundle
I have business owners that own different business types which also have different membership fees. Bundle Administrators (Owners) should be able to have any type of member types assigned to them. They do not have multiple email address which is currently required. Also as a Bundle Administrator, I have to assign them personally as a member type that associates with the business type which then the system wants to charge them for. They are paying for the registered business they are the BA for. This has caused issues.
