    Hi.
    It would be helpful to be able to add meta tags to a template for a specific section of the website. E.g. geo tags on the meeting pages.

  2. Email address field type

  4. Final monitor before email blasts

    Is there a way that someone can be setup as an email administrator - meaning give the final OK before emails go out? Mostly interested when events don't use the right groups and end up sending to all our contacts! YIKES. It looks like there is an email administrators button but it is not active for me as the overall administrator. Thanks for any help if this is already something that is available.   6. Teams function for Donation module

    We are trying to create a fundraising page on Wild Apricot similar to what we had on Click and Pledge (https://connect.clickandpledge.com/Organization/downtownsailing/campaign/DowntownSailingCenter365390003).We would like to have fundraising teams (similar to the Leader Board on C&P) where people can see how much each team has raised?

  7. Report of donations and invoice receipts

    I need to be able to generate a report which gives me the TOTAL amount received from a SINGLE member, including donations and receipts from invoices. The only reports I can find only sort by category. The reason is that we are a 501c3 and all contributions are considered to be donations, even those which are payments for membership fees. It would be great if I could see how much every member has paid on the member page, but that page only shows total DONATIONS.   8. Event Registrant View Sort by Last Name

    Writing in regards to the “Registered” view feature in Events. I am disappointed to learn that the default sort for this view is by registration date instead of last name. The ability to view a “live” roster was a feature we presented our Board of Directors and a factor when making our database change to WildApricot.

    The current sort by registration date is relatively useless and creates more problems than it does solutions. Anyone using the feature wants to know two things:
    - 1. Did I register? Do I see my own name on the list.

  9. Option to dial members number from mobile app

    When you are using the mobile app, it would be nice if you were able to dial the members number from the app by clicking on the number after to do a member search. Once you locate the member that you are looking for it would be nice just to click on the number and call them.

  10. De-confuse wording please!

    Happy New Year!
    This is a suggestion for a simple wording change. EVERY person I have taught to use WA gets confused by the existing wording:

    After clicking Email > Templates and selecting a particular template, newbies ALWAYS make the mistake of selecting "Edit Template" instead of "Send email" because they fear that "Send email" means the message is all ready to be sent!

    This confusion can be avoided by changing "Send email" to "Create email" or better: "New email using template"

  11. Admin able to edit store order

    As an Admin, I would like to be able to modify a store order.

    Scenario: Someone purchased 2 identical store items by mistake (set the quantity to 2 instead of 1). I want to change it to just 1. My only option is to cancel the order and have the contact place a new order.

    I'd like to be able to modify the order, which would update the invoice, and would keep the overpayment as a credit on the contact's account.

    The Polling functionality should include the number of individuals the poll was sent to. This information is required when calculating the percentage of votes received to determine results.

  13. Don't arbitrarily reject content types in form post attachments.

    Attachments to forum posts are accepted or rejected on the basis of content type (various image and documents accepted; mp3, mp4, etc. rejected). The excuse given is about file size. A single JPEG image can easily be a larger file than many minutes of MP3 audio, yet up to 20 files of 20MB each are accepted of the approved content type.

    Content type is not a valid proxy for file size.

    As musicians, small audio clips are our lingua franca, and rejecting these from forum postings drastically devalues the forum as a tool.

  14. Editor not showing full file name

    in the email editor, I tried to insert a file. It worked OK, except it only showed me a portion of the file names. I had to exit and go to Files to determine which one I wanted.

  15. Search button for saved templates

    You should have a search button (You know when you go to Email, Templates?), so that you can just type in the saved name of the template you were working on instead of scrolling through very single duplicate to find the one you were working on.

    We have events that are "Season Passes" for our regular programs. Is there a way to set it so people can check in more than once? The QR code check-in is really helpful for us.

  17. Inserting Non-Breaking Characters in Email Editor

    Need the ability to insert either a non-breaking space or hyphen when using the new Email editor. Previously, direct editing of the HTML code allowed insertion of non-breaking characters. Some thing like Ctrl-Shift-Space or Ctrl-Shift-Dash would be a good options (as used in Microsoft Word).

  18. Event description divider image not included in confirmation email

    If we use the divider in the Event description editor, an image is inserted. The event description is included in the registration confirmation email, but the image is not. It would be nice to have a simple <hr/> option as a divider.

  19. need immediate notification when a member posts in a discussion forum

    I recently created a discussion forum and subscribed to it hoping to see when others posted a comment. I now understand that the email notifying me that there has been a post is only generated once per day. I would have thought that it would be more immediate. It would be helpful if those who subscribe could be notified as soon as there is a posting in their forum or in a specific topic. Being notified late at night is counter-productive to having a real-time discussion. Yes, I know that I can periodically check the page for updates but an…
