  1. Enable admins to manually add members to waitlist

    Enable administrators to manually add to the waitlist. Frequently, members who wish to enroll in an event call our office to get put on a waitlist. It would streamline our workflow process to have someone manually add to the list instead of referring someone to do it themselves on the website.

  2. Allow to use special guest price even when collecting full registration information for each guest

    We have the following event-related situation which results in incorrect pricing being set:
    Event open to member and non-members
    Free to members
    £10 to non-members
    £5 to members guests
    There are no special requirements so there is no registration form designed (we just use the common fields)
    In the "registraion type" for members we allow guest registrations
    The three options under that related to the collection of guest data.
    If I select "collect full registration form for each guest", the guest price is incorrectly forced to base price e.g. FREE whereas if I select either of the other options I…

  4. add a Q&A type forum for the user community

    WA used to have a forum on this page where users could ask questions & get feedback & suggestions from Admin and experienced users. I miss that. I used it often as a new WA users to get tip & advice on how best to setup & use WA. The Wishlist doesn't really address this as it is, as I understand it, a forum for new feature suggestions. What I am looking for is a forum where users can exchange ideas, etc on the current version of the program.

  5. Add a reminder/warning to the PayPal payment screen that payment is not made until the Pay Button is clicked.

    We are having a problem with users not completing the payment screen. I have attached a screenshot. Quite a few of our users believe they have completed their purchase after entering their PayPal information when they are brought back to this screen. They are required to click on the blue button to confirm the payment. Is there a way for us to customize this page to make it more apparent to the user that an additional action is needed?   6. finance reports need a detail field

    So I sell a membership and that person also bought a map and made a donation. When I create the invoice, the membership automatically shows up. I can add a line for the map. If I add it first in the donations tab before creating the invoice, the donation will also automatically be added to the report.
    BUT when I download a list of the payments for that day, I get one entry for that person (the membership) with the total amount paid. I need the membership to show on the report separate from map.

  7. Check in guest when main registrant fails to attend

    When a member registers a guest for an event we are unable to check in the guest when the main registrant fails to attend.We would like to have the capability to check in the guest despite the main registrant not being present. The scenario is not uncommon. For example, it arises when a bundle administrator (often a firm owner) decides to send employees to an event (and typically wants to put all registrations fees on his credit card) but fails to attend personally because of a conflict on the day.

  8. Adding event title to invoices that related to an event

    I've found frustrating is that in any list of invoices, the event (or events) that the invoice pertains to isn't given. The only information is "Event registration", which isn't too specific. A user can click into each invoice to look at it, but when managing a large number, this can be very time consuming.

  9. Discount coupons for membership level upgrades

    I have offered a one-year free membership to my new membership site users using a 100% off coupon that I created. It works pretty slick, when the new member signs up, the space for the code is right at the bottom of the sign up screen.

    However, when a "free" member wants to convert to a paid membership using the coupon- the coupon code spot not there. Can you please add it to this form?

  10. Members app. Ability to add an event to the iCal or Google Calendar

  12. Event end date calendar should start from start date

    Once you enter a start date for an event the calendar for the end date should start on the same date. This would reduce scrolling through the better part of a year when entering dates in Nov and Dec.

  13. Allow bundle administrator and other bundle related macros in emails

    Another interesting suggestion:

    "I would like to be able to use hidden or administrator fields in email macros. We are an officials association and I use the bundles to group crews together. I would like to be able to identify the bundle (crew) administrator in the bundle member renewal notifications but it's not a field I can add. I just have to tell them to contact their crew administrator for renewal. It would be especially nice if I could get the name of the crew administrator included (rather than just email) but that would be more complex. "

  14. Customize contact fields to include on donation form

    Hi guys.

    Would it be possible to make the donation function page's contact fields editable, much like the current page that allows people to sign up for the email newsletter?

    Right now, it defaults to all required contact information, which makes sense for anyone applying to our organization for membership or registering for an event, but does not make sense for people who only want to donate to us.

    In 6.17 version we released the new field type ‘File attachments’ for an event registration form. Attendees can upload documents and images as well.
    I believe this covers requests presented in this thread.

  16. Enforce stronger member passwords

    When a password is generated by the application, it seems quite secure. However, when people change their passwords, they usually don't make them as secure as they should be. Is there a way to reject a new password if it isn't secure? Or provide a "meter" that shows just how secure their new password really is so that they can reevaluate their choice? I know of some Javascript coding for this purpose (http://javascript.internet.com/passwords ), but I'm not sure if it's possible to use any of it in a CMS environment like yours.

  17. Restricted access for online store feature

    Currently our organization is implementing the online store feature and wanted to give restricted access to one individual to post products and oversee the daily operations of the store. However, under the present setup full access must be given to the individual. Having the ability to restrict access only to the store function would greatly enhance overall system security as currently available for membership, website, donations and events functions. This is something badly needed for security sake.

    Captured feedback:
    Having no variant capability renders the product useless to me. Without variants capability I have to set a different product for each sizes. And that's absurd.

    WA store seems easy to use, and will be awesome once the ‘size’ and ‘colour’ options are available.

  20. Random order for Slide Show Pictures

    Currently you can have a folder of pictures and display them in a slide show. The slide show is dictated by the picture file name (alpha numerical).
    It would be great to have the Slide Show start on a random picture from the folder and thereafter, rather than always starting on the first picture. Or alternatively, having to delete, rename or order slide show pictures.

    This will offer members and visitors a fresh view whenever they visit the site.
