So much of the WA system is fully automated. Why isn't this process? We should not have to monitor pending memberships (for non-payment of dues)?

We were running 4 different WA websites (one for each of our Chapters). We recently combined the 4 WA sites into a single WA website so our members could easily sign up for other chapter events and to have a single membership database. It's working well, but we have to take $'s in at a central level and then pass them back to the appropriate Chapter. It would be great to have payments go back to a specific Chapter (via coding on the Membership Levels and Events).

You can tag “HOT” items with some tag and then put several catalog gadgets on the same page.
In the top catalog gadget, you can show only items tagged with you specific tag, and in another gadget show all the rest.

If you implement this, keep it at the org. level vs. forcing this on all WA websites. We like the idea of allowing a member to keep their information hidden if they wish.

We don't many events on the same day. Would be nice to print a monthly calendar out in landscape mode. For events that span more than one day, print them out like a Google calendar does. Have options to print a single month, several months, 12 months or pick the ranges of dates.

We currently have 4 of our Chapters each with their own WA site. Since WA doesn't have a national/regional/local Chapter option, we created a 5th WA site and mickey-moused it to work for all of our members by using Chapter prefix codes on all of our new events and membership levels. We will export members from the 4 sites and import them into the 5th site. Wish there was a way to export event data into the 5th site to preserve registration history and event details (vs. copy/paste of just event details). Once we merge our members, we will no longer use the 4 other sites. There may not be much of a demand for a site merge feature, but it would have been a whole lot easier if there was. :-)

I would actually like to collect any outstanding payments. Maybe present the user with a payment screen so they can select which items to apply the current payment to.
