In the latest update 1.3.1 profile screen was made a default screen after login. We understand that it is not a complete solution for the problem, however we hope it will be helpful.
We continue our development. Here is what was going on in the last month:
We’ve finished the Event details screen:
Users will see the main information about an event here as well as add it to their calendar.
There is a registration types list also. Let’s pretend we scrolled down the previous screen a bit:
Now we can see general info about all registration types. We also can register on it or understand why we can’t do it.
Note the “View all sessions” button on the first picture? It appears if an event has multiple sessions and shows a separate screen with more details:
Our next step will be the “registration on event” process.
PS: Just want to remind you about our beta version we created a while ago:
Feel free to check it and leave any feedback you will have. We really appreciate it.
I'll take another look at this to see if it's something we can recreate. If we can, I'll post an update here.
I'm glad you liked it.
This was discontinued because of some changes in how Google reads event data, so once I'm able to update it I will post a new notification in the thread.
However keep in mind that these experiments are personal projects I work on outside of my work so they're not supported by our team here and will most likely be replaced by actual features in Wild Apricot (at some point).
But that being said - I do like to create these interim solutions to fill the gap between what we offer now and what we might offer in the future.
Yes this experiment has ended. If there are updates to it in the future I will post them here.
Hi - well everyone is a ' newbiecot http://forums.wildapricot.com/users/86843059-newbiecot ' at some point :) You get the url (the website address) by clicking the orange RSS link on your events page. If you need more help send your website address and other details to firstname.lastname@example.org
Hi Brandon and Meagan - Your request inspired me to create an experiment which I have posted on our customization forum (see link below).
The script will successfully export all your events (in bulk) to Google Calendar (or iCal compatible calendars).
Events can be added individually to external calendars.
Option to sync/important all events at once into external calendars.

Thanks Drew, believe it or not, this type of activity really does help.
Dave, we don't provide any custom development services, so if you're looking to have this built it right now it would probably be best to have your programmer look into it.
But we would be very interested to see your results and of course help in any way we can.
