We also would very much like to see the public view attendee list sorted alphabetically. Our members want to see who else is attending when they sign up for an event. we have no use for current date sort order...
We are happy to inform you that we have started to develop the solution. We have prepared a presentation to make you understand what exactly we are developing and releasing this year, and what we will do next steps:
1) Ability to attach files to post and comment
3) Notification about new posts and comments for administrators by email.

As an administrator, I can insert images into forum posts by clicking on the More button in edit mode whereas members do not have that option. Since that functionality already exists, why can we not have the option to allow Members to have access to that same feature? That would solve the problem for us with minimal changes to your software.
Merged several posts together, so that both public and admins lists can be customized. This is better for analysis and design to work on them together.
I would like to be able to display a directory of all people attending an event WITH their photos. I can now search the Contact DB and save a search of contacts attending an event, but i cannot access that saved search in the Directory gadget. I cannot search in Members for all members attending an event.
We would like the ability of our members to see the photos and other information of everyone attending a specific event.
We’ve prepared design suggestion for this idea:
1)Ability for members to review all their event registrations, filter them, and view details.
It will appear in the member’s profile in a new My registrations tab.
2) New Cancellation setting will be available in registration type settings with 3 options:
• Do not allow cancellation
• Allow sending cancellation request to event organizer
• Allow cancellation up to N days before start of event
3) New email “Event registration canceled” will be sent automatically if member cancels his event registration. It can be customized.
Our first step will not include ability for members to change event registration detais from profile. We will consider this problem separately and collect additional information.

We are working on design solution for this request.
The first step will include the option at the event level: automatically register people from Waitlist (in turn) or not, do it manually, as it works now.
We have just began the analysis of this feature and most probably the 1st step of development will be adding 1 secondary email per contact record.

Membership management features @ Wild Apricot
We certainly agree that the accounting for extra fees is woefully inadequate. The lump payment is stored and retrievable but non of the details are available either in excel, quickbooks or via reporting. We need to be able to distinguish these extra fees from dues.
