We also would very much like to see the public view attendee list sorted alphabetically. Our members want to see who else is attending when they sign up for an event. we have no use for current date sort order...
Merged several posts together, so that both public and admins lists can be customized. This is better for analysis and design to work on them together.
I would like to be able to display a directory of all people attending an event WITH their photos. I can now search the Contact DB and save a search of contacts attending an event, but i cannot access that saved search in the Directory gadget. I cannot search in Members for all members attending an event.
We would like the ability of our members to see the photos and other information of everyone attending a specific event.
On this request, we began to work on design and development.
This change will be part of a large improvement over multiple registrations. In addition, it is a logical extension of the ‘RSVP with guests’ feature in which we have already added the ability to set limits (part of 5.18 release).

Sorry for the late update.
The first step was finished and emails can now be carbon copied to contact’s alternative emails. To do so the contact fields which store the alternative emails must be explicitly marked on the email setting page.
Unsubscribing will unsubscribe all alternative emails simultaneously because they all belong to the very same account. The person clicking “unsubscribe” is warned about this on the unsubscribe page.
For now we paused the development of this feature. but not for good. :) So I’m changing this wish status back to “collecting comments”.

We certainly agree that the accounting for extra fees is woefully inadequate. The lump payment is stored and retrievable but non of the details are available either in excel, quickbooks or via reporting. We need to be able to distinguish these extra fees from dues.
