Our 17 year old website was mostly hand-coded in HTML and FrontPage. Moving it to WA, I did extensive pasting of HTML into content gadgets. It came over much faster and more consistently than I had expected.
We did need to keep some specialized functionality on the old server, which is owned by one of our webmasters. So we pointed a subdomain at it and kept some content there.

We don’t currently have plans to offer a “website only”, but it’s an interesting comment.
Looking forward to hearing more from other users.

Can you just set the event date 50 years in the future and tell people to ignore it?
Set the registration limit to 1 (it won't accept 0) and register yourself to fill it up. Then people will be able to waitlist.
When the date is set, raise the limit, email the waiting list and tell them to register on the event page.

I do this by editing the posted date to make it the most recent.
That said, the posted date (and author) are irrelevant to what I'm using the blog for, so in Look and Feel I set the Blog date and author font colors to "transparent" to hide them. It still shows "Administrator" unfortunately.

From Member list, I do an Advanced Search on Renewal due on or after a date just after the renewal date. That lists the members who have renewed because their renewal date is now in the future.
Because we have two members per membership, I add Role is Bundle Administrator.
Does that work for you?

Since we don't need the guests' names, we collect "Number of adults" and "Number of children" as registration form fields. Keeps the total contacts down too.
Of course, this makes the registration reports less useful. We use our own registration lists generated through the API. See an example at http://toolworks.com/temp/WAreg.htm .

Evgeny, could you publish a CSS workaround for changing "Bundle"? Or is that too widespread for that workaround?

I see this is delayed past the 5.7 release.
In the meantime, why not just add Last Login to the other internal fields, such as Profile Last Updated, that are exported in member export?
Yes. The current member summary is useless for us. A membership is either a single person or a couple, so the number of contacts pending renewal tells us nothing.
