Updated title to reflect that it’s not just about levels copying – which is about adding new levels, but also about copying of (some) settings from one level to some or all others
AnnaG supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment AnnaG commentedWith many levels to set up and several dozen settings per level it would be very useful to be able to export all level fields to check all settings in a spreadsheet. Ideally, this functionality would allow to import these level settings back.
An error occurred while saving the comment AnnaG commentedRight now you have to customize renewal settings for each and every level separately. I suggest to have Default Renewal Settings for all levels that can be overridden per level only if needed.
Rationale: we have more that 2 dozen levels, all combinations of age, sports played, as well as family situation

An error occurred while saving the comment AnnaG commentedMass-mailing is elaborate, multi-stage, and hence verbose. It would be lovely to have a shortcut to the no template, no preview emailing: a Simple Email option leads to the text editor with Contacts selection and a Send button. Emails/Simple Email/Type and Send.

We have started analysis for this issue, and it seems that key problem is how Wild Apricot handles level changes close to renewal date. The system is currently designed to collect the full new level amount and set renewal date according to new level renewal policy. All prepaid amounts for old levels are disposed. Moreover, since no prorating occurs, the new level might be effective only for a few days.
As a first step, we suggest to redesign how level change is working and add prorating there:
- Level would be changed immediately, as now
- Remaining portion of old membership level payment will be applied to new level
- For new levels with specific renewal date (e.g. annual levels with renewals Jan 1st) apply the pro-rating settings for new applications:
- Allow member to pay only a pro-rated amount of the new level fee (e.g. six months before renewal…AnnaG supported this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment AnnaG commentedAbsolutely. We have around 30 levels (different age and family situations) and I need to divide these levels into three sports using Advanced Search. It is currently so time consuming... Multiple checkboxes would reduce time for assembling such a search dramatically...

Old design proposal, not working on it yet and can be changed if we start working on it – https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0f9kMyQqlBsZ3FQOWRiMERRNkk/view?usp=sharing

I'll venture a guess that for most organizations bundles are actually families in real life. It would be lovely to have a Site setting to replace the Bundle label with the Family label throughout the site, at least from the non-administrator's, rank-and-file user perspective.
