   When an admin cancels a member from an event - I suggest an option to void or update the invoice - thus allowing the admin to refund a voided invoice or to charge a cancellation fee.

   Need this - as we have a First-Year membership and a Regular Membership. I had to manually change all First-Years to Regular before the Renew request went out.
