We are using Google Docs for our Club minutes as WA suggested below ... I just put a "click here" style link on a WA page for our monthly "Minutes".

Our 5 Chapters (500+ members) voted on combining our existing 4 WA sites into a clunky single WA site using the existing WA options. The largest Chapter has refused to go with a consolidated WA site because of the inability of each Chapter having their own payment processor/account (PayPal in our case) for Chapter dues and Chapter events. Sadly, I have a feeling we may start to look beyond WA now. We want to present a single website with Chapter pages/events vs. having members & the public search around 5 different Chapter websites and our "corporate" website. We need a consolidated membership database to invite all Chapter members to events, All Chapters newsletter, etc. as we move forward.

I would like to be able to put in a website link in the Additional Information box. E.g., a Google Map link to an event host's address which then is only sent to those that register for an event. It would appear in our Confirmation and Reminder emails. This is good for events with a cap on how many can show up - we would only send the address to those who fall within the capacity limit.
I'd like to see a DATE validation option to ensure members are 18+ as required by our Bylaws. Simply add a verification option to the existing DATE filed - something like: Must be equal to or greater than X where X is a number I enter such as 18, 21, 55.
