An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Michaelsen commentedI'm adding to my comment: I have read the "reply" instructions for the forum. If I do the "quote" reply, the quote does not appear in a grey box, as it does in the instructions.
Plus, the quote appears first, in a larger font, and the answer is later, in a smaller font.
It is really hard to tell that it is a response to a previous post.Nancy Michaelsen shared this idea · -

An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Michaelsen commentedIt would be nice to be able to send emails with attachments to attendees for an event. (example-- certificate of participation, handout).
Right now, you can only send out announcements and reminders, and announcements only go to those who AREN'T registered yet. And there's no ability to add an attachment. -

An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Michaelsen commentedI absonlutely agree with this. This has been a headache with our events. Sometimes people get an emailed invoice and don't see it, or it's caught in spam. So they view it online, but it doesn't have any info except what to pay. No Vendor, no mailing instructions (if mailing payment). So the end result is that we have to go in manually and re-email an invoice, and hope it goes through.
I think that the "View Invoice" should look just like the invoice that is emailed out. The current format is limited, and results in more work for the administrator to re-send out the emailed invoice.
I would put this as a HIGH PRIORITY. All views of the invoices should look the same.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Michaelsen commentedAgree this is really needed. The default font is size 15 Open Sans, so messages are smaller than the "edit" "quote" etc. instructions. People who post are going to be annoyed if they have to change the font every time. There should be an easier way to set the default font, and it should be BIGGER than the "edit" (etc.) links.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nancy Michaelsen commentedWe changed the Wild Apricot privacy settings for our members because I found out that I could Google a person on Wild Apricot and all of their info (phone number, address, etc) was online and showed up in a Google search, when Wild Apricot showed up in the search result. WA needs to protect website information better, and not make it accessible to the entire internet. Try it -- google yourself, and find the WA search result.
So, this topic was forums: --- If we change privacy settings to show their names on the forum, I would be wary about their info showing up on the internet. But what is the point of having a forum in which all names show up as "anonymous"?
In "Events" you have email announcements and reminders. I'd also like to be able to do a Follow-up email after the event that goes to participants.
