Allow only signed in people to register to Waitlist
Waitlist management. There are so many problems. When are you going to look at this and fix the problems? Here are the issues:
1. The system allows the person to add themselves to the waitlist when they aren't logged into the system. They put their email in. The system recognizes that they are a member and allows them to add themselves to the wait list. They add their first name and last name. Then when they get moved from the waitlist to the main list, they are registered, but none of the other information comes up for them. Please don't allow people to add themselves to the waitlist, unless they are signed into the system.
2. A person cannot view where they are on the waitlist - or how many people are on the waitlist. Are they number 1 on the waitlist or number 25. If they decide to remove themselves from the waitlist, they aren't able to remove themselves - they must ask the coordinator to remove them.
3. Please list your waitlist events and the number you are on the waitlist, when you look at the users events.
4. When a person adds themselves to the waitlist, the flag 'Show registration on event registrants list' defaults to unchecked. When you register for an event the default for this flag is checked. This means that every person who is moved from the waitlist to the real list shows up as an 'anonymous user' until the coordinator goes in and updates that flag.If you could kindly look at these issues and fix them all together, it would help us quite a lot. We have a lot of events with our club and a lot of people on the waitlist and it is a very frustrating part of the system for many of our members.

Batch delete forum posts
I am volunteering with our WA hosted site and have to MANUALLY delete old classified ads.... OVER and OVER again I have to delete them one by one.... its awful. The functionality needs to be improved here.... as logged in ADMIN people, we need the option to go to, for example, a classified ad section, click off all the old ads we want deleted, and CLICK, done. Get this hosting platform to a customer user level? I saw a forum in 2015 complaining of this exact problem. Unless I am missing something here.... its that basic functionality already integrated and I just don't see it? HELP!!!

google analytics for mobile apps
We would like to measure the traffic that comes from the WA apps and compare it to the website metrics. Allow us to add the tracking code to the mobile apps.

Members organise by company rather than bundle coordinate
The default in the summary table is to show members in alphabetical order based on bundle coordinator, it would be much more helpful if this could be organised based on company name. Also every person is counted as a member but really we are only interested in the number of company members ie bundle coordinators.

Events widget doesn't show next event
The dashboard appears to show upcoming events, but for some reason does not list the closest event at all (it shows 3 events starting from the second closest). [Account #302711]

recurring payments for event or product
We charge for annual membership and we also charge monthly fees for those members who choose to be on a coached team. We need a way to allow members to sign up for a monthly class and set up monthly recurring payments they manage.
Alternately, we could put the monthly class as an item they buy in the store but we'd also want it to have an option of recurring monthly charges. (Like buying a monthly subscription inside of their annual membership.)
We cannot use recurring membership fees because this recurring fee is not tied to their membership or membership year and we cannot use recurring donations to cheat the problem because these fees are not tax deductible.

ICS Feeds
Allow for ICS feeds.
The RSS Feed that currently exists does not work with calendars.we have many members complaining that they want to be able to subscribe to the clubs calendar. (we have over 2200 members)
Currently they have to go to each one of the events and add them, and we have a few hundred events each year... this is crazy.

The ability to purchase individual sessions
Wild Apricot has a session function but it lacks any usefulness at all. You should be able to name each session and more importantly, customers should be able to choose individual sessions. MemberClicks has this function so it's not like Personify doesn't know how to do this.

Add external events link to the calendar
A feature to add items to the calendar that are not a club event. We are a car club that hold out own events, and that works great in Wild Apricot. I want to be able to add another local club's event, simply want to be able to list another club's event indicating the where and when, without creating an event on our side.

Child fields
I have a multiple choice field called Group Participation with about 20 possible values. For each value I want to be able to assign a corresponding status field of active member or waiting member. How do I do this in WA?

Message sender direct profile link added to email
When a member receives an email message from another member it should include by default a direct link to the senders profile page so the recipient can easily view the profile of the sender.. Currently it only includes a direct link to the recipients profile page, which makes no sense.

I have 30 members with account access to use the email function to communicate with their respective interest group. It's a great tool but annoying in that if you click on "create email", a draft is saved, whether you use it or not. All of the no subject emails add up. Yes, the individual should be responsible to clean up after themself, but doesn't happen. As administrator, I'd like a way to be able to go to the All Email/Draft view and bulk select on more than one email to delete. Seems like Wild Apricot would think this is a good thing, too.

Exclude voided line items from QuickBooks Online invoice export
The line items export for QuickBooks includes line items from voided invoices. It would be great if there was a way to exclude these voided line items from the export file.

Featured Contact widget
Create a widget just like the Featured Member widget, but for contacts. When we do events, it would be nice to have a way to create a page of Keynote and/or Featured Speakers that pulls their photo, etc. into the page like this member widget. Not all speakers are members, so we currently have to do this manually since they only need to become Contacts to register in the system.

Ability to copy waitlist when copying an Event
When an event has a substantial waitlist, we would like to be able to copy the event with the waitlist intact. Right now, we have to manually add each waitlist contact to the new event.

Fraud Alert or Holds on a Credit Card Need to be Removed by AffiniPay
Wild Apricot needs to put pressure on AffiniPay to have them remove a hold after the credit card issuer does so. I was told by AffiniPay Support that once they receive a Fraud code (Code 59) in their system, that particular credit card will never be accepted by their system, even after the issuer of the card lifts the hold. That is too stringent and needs to be removed. It forces members to use a different credit card which may not be available to them for use for business expenses. They then have to use a personal card and have to arrange for reimbursement from their employer.
