  1. Ability to add fields to the Registered Attendee page

    It would be nice to be able to add fields to the Registered Attendees page that is displayed when you click on the Registrants hyperlink from within an Event. Currently the page only displays date and Registrant's name. Our members would like to be able to see the sub-division (one of the fields we collect) data for each registrant for carpooling purposes. The only way for the member to get this data at the present is to click on each individual registrant's name to see their profile details.

  2. Helpful for attendees

    -Would love to be able to export and print all confirmations/invoices for each attendee to have when they check in to an event.

    -Would love to be able to export our audit log for an event.

    -would love to be able to make an invoice that reads $0.

  3. Select Duration for cancelling registrant without receiving payment

    I have a request. I like to have this 15-minute option to be more flexible.

    We expect registrants to complete payment within 14 days from the registration date.

    It would be wonderful if there is a form or drop-down menu to select days.

  4. Allow/Disable Registration New Button

    Allow registration or Registration is disabled. The current button on there, I think is not a correct button. To me, this is a slider button. For months, I kept trying to slide the button, couldn't figure out why it would slide, and sometimes it would work -- I thought it was flakey. Then, realized that it is a just a click. If using as a click, it would be better to have more of an on/off bottom, or two circles so you click which one you want.

  5. Customizable Event registrant export templates

    We are required to submit event attendance lists (for continuing education credits) to our higher headquarters.
    It would be nice to be able to have available a saved configuration for the Export registrants menu, so we could quickly generate this report. And it would be even better if we could specify the order of the fields, so that importing into our organization's required spreadsheet would be very simple

  6. layout/gadget options for event descriptions

    It would be "nice" if event descriptions could be designed in the same way that emails are using the new email wizard. (Multiple layout options and gadgets.

  7. Record event registration - search by tag

    I use events to schedule people picking up products they have purchased. These are events that people are registered for by an Admin, they never register themselves. I start at the member record and go to the Events tab. Then I use the "Record event registration" button to select which event to register them for. I have hundreds of events to scroll through. I would like to be able to search by tag.

  8. Group should be an event setting

    Group should be an event setting rather than just in the event emails. My limited admins keep emailing our entire membership because it is not obvious to them where to set the group in the event creation. It is much more intuitive to them for the group to be part of event creation. I don't necessarily need to restrict registration to a specific group, although I can see how it might be valuable. It's causing people to unsubscribe all messages when they get emails for events not directly for their group!

  9. Choose already defined Custom Fields

    When creating an Event, being able to use Custom Fields that already exist. We currently have 215 fields with a lot of duplicates.

  10. Editing event details

    Please Please Please restore the ability to access the admin features of an event from its URL and from a calendar listing. Having to click on the home symbol and then find a class from the events list is wasting tons of time. What is the benefit of this recent change? It's not helpful.

  11. Calendar/Event "Repeat" Function

    Greetings Developers~

    One feature we have really needed is calendaring...We are a Church/Spiritual Center who has a prayer ministry. Our "members" sign up for 2 our shifts 1x a month to receive prayer requests. We have shyed away from using WA for this feature because it would mean to create individual events for at least 15 sessions a day, 365 sessions a year that occur annually. This would mean creating 5475 events, which we would be willing to do...if there was a function to click repeat "annually" but right now we would have to duplicate the 5475 events every year.…

  13. reinstate "additional information" feature for events

    I would reinstate a feature like the "Additional details" for events, so members can be given extra information, relevant only to members, vs. the information that displays on the website for the world to see.

  14. Unique identifier for each event registrant

    Currently, each registrant to an event is assigned a WA serial number that isn't unique to the event. Abetter approach would be to assign each registrant a number, starting at 001, for that event. This number is unique to the event, so it's really easy to print name tags and do check-in. Currently, we have to export the registrant list and manually assign a registration number to each registrant. This is error-prone and computers are better at doing this than humans.

  15. Auto generated email for non participants who registered

    We started having a reoccurring problem with people registering for events and then not cancelling nor showing up. It would be REALLY convenient to be able to send out an auto email for those that registered, but not attended. So that way they know that we were aware they registered and did not attend. I really like the feature for auto emails for when people register saying they are confined, and when someone cancels. This would take it a step further and would be greatly appreciated and super convenient. Thank you

  16. Per Event admin privileges

    We would like to use the RSVP, attendance sheet, and mobile app checkin features. Unfortunately we have to grant full Admin access to people to do so. We have over 50 Tour Leaders and this simply won't work for us.
    For each event, you can add an Event Organizer email. We'd like to see that expanded to be able to assign Event Admin privileges to one or more people, specific to that Event. That way we can maintain site security while utilizing these features.

  17. Registration report

    Have the system generate a admin defined registration report; in Excel format, at the end of the 'Available through date' and send it to the 'Event Organizer' selected on the event Email tab. This will allow you to have a event host get a registration report automatically without involving an admin.

  18. Custom fields expire independent of event registration expiration.

    It is common when holding events to have the purchase or ordering of some aspects of an event to close before overall registration of the event. For example, we offer T-shirts to be ordered with each registration, but the T-shirt orders must be submitted to our vendor two weeks prior to the event. Another example are tickets for our banquet. It would be very helpful if we could set an expiration date for custom fields that is separate from the expiration of the overall registration. Thanks

  19. Link Registration Button Externally

    Can you add an option to the Simple Event form where it does not require the presence of a registration button or where we can link that button to an external web address? Sometimes we simply need to promote someone else's event (i.e, chapter, partner, etc.)

  20. ADD "ADVANCE SEARCH" IN EVENT EMAILING SELECTION

    As a Wild Apricot partner since inception, the power of the platform is its efficiency is use of man hours. Undoubtedly, Wild Apricot is the most powerful back end, GLOBALLY.

    I recently provide training to a group of users demonstrating this power in particular on the event email process works. When asked if the contacts are from various states or areas, how do they isolate an invite to a limited group.

    I demonstrated the save search feature, which required me to leave the event feature and run a report and save and return to the event, easy for me, but…
