Color-format events based on event tags
I'd like to be able to have just one calendar, with different event tags displayed differently, like in a different color or style or size. Currently I'm using two different calendars, which is a bit awkward. What do you think?

Event total sales
When I am in an event, there is a link on the top right, Financial Transactions. When we click on this, it lists the finances filtered by the event. However, there is no total at the bottom. So we have to manually tally how much was collected. If you could add the total collected (and then filter by date with a total collected), that would be a benefit to the users.

Event registrations : Pending vs Overdue Anomaly
WA prevents members with pending payment from registering for member only events - which is a good idea.
However overdue members are able to register - this is a bad idea.
Surely this is an anomaly which needs to be corrected ?

Improved registration and menu selection.
Please give us a better way to collect menu selections for our events. Currently, we are using a custom field, which appears with the member registration area, before they have registered guests. We would like to be able to enter the menu selection for each registered guests, all within the Guest Registration area.

Hide registration amount on Event registration webpage
We have different discounted registration levels that are confidential. We would like to hide the $ amount on the event detail webpage. Can this be done... Thxs

Provide for default dates for event notification emails
It would be great if there was the ability to set up default date (days before the event) for event emails. We basically use the same timing of emails for each of our events. It would be much easier if we only had to do this once rather than with each event. Thanks

Expo
Are there any plans to incorporate Tradeshow/Conference Mangement Tools within the system? I am such great need of a system to run our Tradeshows (all in one). Corporate Sponsors, Exhibitors, Floor Plans. Speaker management system where speakers can upload their bio's, headshots, session descriptions and hand outs. A system that would generate the program from the data entered. If not can you recommend one that we can incorporate in a widget or something? Thanks!

Produce screen display data as a single, coherent table that can be exported or copied.
First, many people have asked for various ways to export various reports, but there are so many wishes that none of them has a lot of votes. Yet, overall, reporting is -- or should be -- a capability that any thoughtful organization should require.
Let me also preface that exporting raw data to a spreadsheet file is NOT a solution to the needs of many of us. 1) We came to WA to AVOID messing with spreadsheets. 2) Some of our (otherwise very competent) members (volunteers all) abhor spreadsheets. Advanced options for event registration types pricing
We are finding the we would like to have sub-registration items available under main registration types. Hopefully, other will see a need for this. Here is what we are looking for.
For instance, we set up an event and want to offer a exhibitor only pass as a registration type, however, we want to charge a daily rate for this pass. So similar to how the registration form "multiple choice with extra cost" function works, we would like the registration type to work the same way as follows:

Added registrants by admin - email messages not being sent automatically
When your system does all the great things automatically, such as registering online for an event, I really appreciate them. Getting copies of registrations, payments, etc. helps me a great deal.
WHY would you NOT want to provide the same level of service when I enter a NEW registrant manually myself?
The way it is currently working, if I add a new registrant and the information required, THEN I have to ASK the system to:
* Send a registration confirmation message to the NEW registrant.
* Send a registration confirmation message to me (and the other Admins).

prepopulate event registration
If we have membership fields that are the same as event registration fields, they should be prepopulated for members, so that members don't have to enter all their details again, but non-members do have to provide that info.

Transfer attendees between different events
Our organization has multiple events that have the same content. After registering, some attendees need to transfer to a new date. I'd like to see a simpler way of doing this other than re-registering the attendee manually under the new date and then deleting the old registration.

Event Registration List Security
Option to secure the event registration list so only the admin who posts the event can delete or add registrations via admin editing. We have many event admins, but have encountered some abuse where admins go into events not their own to change participation.

Fast registration or Simplify buying registrations to multiple events or multiple registrations in one event
At the moment, it is not possible to register for multiple events at the same time, or link to the next event after registering for one event on Wild Apricot. Members who are in arrears can't register for events? Since when? How inconvenient is this?
I don't know of a single association that doesn't have members in arrears past their renewal date that are kept on the books. Someone had the bright idea to automatically keep members out of events if they're past their registration date. In theory, I understand why this was a requested change, though I can't remember seeing the request. But a toggle should be made either in the setup on the backend or for each event to allow pending members register for an event. I mean, common sense, people! Improvements to Event Processing
Are their any plans to enhance the Event announcement functionality? I’m continually getting questions from our Program Committee about Event functionality and wanting to know if we can send out event announcements like they do in eVite, Paperless Post, Punchbowl and others. They like how those invitations are presented in an envelop that can be opened to view the invitation. They also like the additional invitation specific graphics that are available. I’m trying hard to keep them from going outside the Wild Apricot system for event processing and it would help to know if something is in the works for…

Put event registration list on the event details page
Put the event registration list on the same page as the event details. There's no reason why they are on different pages. This would make it much easier for organizers and attendees to see who's attending an event without all the extra clicks.

Adding guests to an invoice in admin
When adding guests manually on the admin side, there is the option to add [red +] line items/guests to an invoice - but I am told this will not list the persons name even if the precursor (Guest 5) is added. Following the sequence of Update invoice- Event registration - Add guest- Save is neither intuitive or straightforward and might be simplified by a drop down in the line item box [as there are only so many choices based on the registration types]
