Accept onsite credit card payments - e.g. using Square Up
We hold an annual conference and accept onsite registrations. Currently, we are able to register attendees onsite in Wild Apricot and then we email them an invoice so they may use a credit card to pay online. We use PayPal for our online payments. We are wondering if we would be able to link our payment system to one of these little “square up” card readers that you use with an iPhone so we can just swipe cards rather than ask people to complete an additional step by paying online.

Virtual / digital products
We would like to sell online products, all of them accessible using a URL.
This means to have a place (a directory) where to store the virtual products and the online store will supply, upon receiving the money, the necessary grant to the purchased product.62 votesHappy to announce, that with the version 7.17 release we added the support of digital products to Online Store module.
You can sell attach a digital file or provide a URL linking to a hosted file or virtual meeting.

Limit for Guest Registrations
With events you can now set up Registration types that can allow multiple of "guest" registrations. At the present time the only limit put on the number of guests is as part of limiting total registrations for events.
However, some clients have mentioned that they would like to limit the number of guests who can come to an event. I can think of two ways to do this:
* Limit total number of guests for the event - If you don't want more than 50 guests, then you set this limit at the same time that you set the registration…61 votesReleased in version 6.4

Customization of Financial Reports
Hey. I have seen that there is progress for the integration with quickbooks which is amazing, but in order for our finances to get figured out I need to be able to generate reports with the attendee, email, organization, event, payment date, amount, and payment type. The closest I can see it exporting the attendee reports from each event and then combining them.
If we could edit the level of detail that the finance reports show, that would be ideal

Delivery / Shipping scenarios
Need to have the function to add shipping charges example a $15 charge for express shipping and then $5 extra per item that gets added. But also an option for free shipping if it was purchased on site at an event.

Implement Let's Encrypt
Wild Apricot should implement Let's Encrypt's new free SSL certificates for all paid accounts with custom domains by default. Perhaps the technology is already compatible, but the process seems to be very different from just emailing the WA tech support a certificate.

paragraph spacing
Allow changes to paragraph spacing - please! This is such a basic feature I do not understand why WildApricot does not support it. It is impossible to edit any content on any page if I want to create separate paragraphs but not widely spaced paragraphs. PLEASE fix this. It really does seem like such a simple thing to do - you have so many other text editing capabilities, why leave this one out?
48 votesGlad to announce that in version 6.12 we added two new functions: ‘Add/Remove space before paragraph’ and ‘Add/Remove space after paragraph’. You can find them under the ‘Line height’ icon in the Editor panel.

Event registration types could be saved and used over and over across events

Different payment options for events/membership
In release 2.3.4 you added the manual payment option which is valid for all payment types.
I would like to be able to make the manual payment option open to the few hundred people who are the membership but not make it available to the thousands who sign up for events.
I do not have a need to have it selectable at each membership level or for one event or another - just events vs. members. Any chance?

Member Price Zero in Store
Allow the member price to be zero in the product catalog. Currently you must select an amount of at least $0.01.

Change Payments report Export file to include what the payment is for
Make a quick fix to this Excel download report:
The displayed report at Finances - Payments & refunds - displays what the payment is for but the export file does not contain the field containing what the payment is for. It only shows the word "Payment" which is unneeded. PLEASE CORRECT THIS ASAP!See attached:

Do not mark as 'free' events which involve expenses payable to others
Some events are not free, however we don't want to enter a price, in order to prevent the system from generating an invoice... For example, when members register for a trip to a chocolate factory. They don't owe the Club any money, but still, this is not a free event, they will have to pay for the transportation, visit, lunch,...
Is there a way to either hide ¨Free¨ (because it's not free after all) or prevent the system from generating an invoice if we input a price (because it's not money owed to the Club)?

Participation in election/poll. List who voted but not how
For election purposes, it would be helpful to see if a member has voted. Do not need to know what there was selection was for, but of the members listed to have access in a given group, highlight their name if they participated in the election. As of right now I can only guess who voted in our test poll/election

Simplify Setup of Non-Registration Events
Calendar Events
Can we please have a way to add items to the calendar view that ARE NOT a full event in the database? We have general board meetings and other gathers or other group meetings that we want to show on our calendar but don't want to have to set up a full registration event.

Numeric field type
We had an old discussion about adding new type for a custom field - numbers:

With a new version of API (2.3) we also added the proper recognition of these fields.

Photo Album summary widget / multiple albums on a single page
I'd like to be able to display multiple albums on a single page a la gallery style. The user can then click on the album cover to open the album.

Global Enable/Disable Email Sending
When doing a lot of work on our member listings we don't necessarily want an email sent with every change. It's tedious and subject to error to disable email, make changes, then re-enable email again.
It would be so much simpler to just turn off email while we perform maintenance on our lists, then turn it on again.
