  1. Autonomous Event

    We have two autonomous Clubs loving Wild Apricot; one in New South Wales and one in Victoria (like being in Ontario and BC).
    We jointly hold an annual National event and alternate the organising and the location. I have suggested we use Wild Apricot for this but it would be just for one event a year, and just have it's own (smaller) set of contacts.
    It is already bordering on being cost prohibitive paying AUD$5,000 per year for our 2 subscriptions so wondering if there's a way to create a smaller, cheaper WA for just one event??

  2. hide store card details for faster checkouts

    Create an option to remove or hide the "store card details for faster checkouts" box on payment screen. Allow the site administrator to remove the box from the checkout (if they want to) or keep it the way it is. At the moment the box is not removable and is always an option.

    Automate the Newsletter. The current set-up of copying/pasting of news,stuffs to the newsletter template is very time consuming. I wish the newsletter could be automated in the system.

  4. Membership Renewal Made Easy

    For membership renewal, I want to present a home screen that has a button that says: "If you want to renew your membership, click here" and the website goes to the Membership Invoice screen for the membership they belong to. This screen tells them to pay by check ore pay online and they can do either in the existing scenario.

    Instead, I have to provide separate instructions that the member must follow to navigate through the website to renew their membership and THEY ALWAYS GET LOST.

    This may be a change in the way you have thought about flow but…

  6. multi-day vs. multi-session events

    I am a bit confused about the distinction between multi-day and multi-session events. Where would you recommend using one over the other? Also, I don't find a way of creating an event with one multi-day session. If WA supports multi-day events, why not a single multi-day event?

  7. Enhancement for Group Participation Management

    Group participation can now be controlled by members during application or profile with a multiple choice drop down box. How difficult would it be to change that to a multiple choice drop down box with extra charge?? Then we could optionally charge for access to certain pages as a second level premium service. Since pages can be restricted by membership level and group participation, why can't you automatically bill for both, without getting an admin involved in assigning group participants? Also, would be good to be able to manage which groups are included in the multiple choice dropdown so ones…

  8. Export not working for all available fields

    Not all fields appear in the Members export. Things like "Recurring renewal payments" need to be added to assist in managing renewals.

    Essentially, anything that can be selected in an "Advanced Search", should be included in the export.

    In our case, we have automated reporting which we would like to extend to be able to track manual vs auto renewals.

  9. Activate Affinipay Card Reader outside N America

    Although we are US based, our annual conference is currently held outside N America. Not being about to use the Affinipay Card Reader outside N America means we cannot take payments at our conference store. Please make this available, as we cannot move to Wild Apricot payments without this feature.

    I want to change the reply-to on an email sent from the "Event details" Email "tab" as mentioned in this help topic:
    https://support.wildapricot.com/hc/en-us/articles/219045448

    However, that Email "tab" link pops up a dialog where I have to choose an existing contact/member. I would like to change the Reply-to to an email address that is not for a member, and I don't want to create a member account just for that purpose.

  13. PLEASE disable the event invitation once the guest has replied!! Your constant stream of invitations is a real nuisance

    Stop sending an invitation to an event once the guest has responded!! It is a great irritant when an RSVP has already been sent.

  15. op of page takes up too much space

    This new look takes up too much space at the top of the page in Admin view. Any way to shrink it back to where it was before? I am doing this from a laptop and I really need to see my page and not all of the extras at the top.

    Our dragon boat club has members signing up for paddling sessions. The current process is cumbersome when trying to sign up for multiple sessions. Each session requires returning to the calendar and a new selection is then made. Being able to select multiple sessions at one time would be ideal.

  20. add contacts or lapsed members to a member directory

    I would like to make a directory of just our contacts. These are the vendors/sponsors that we would like our members to reach out to and invite to our events, hit up for money, etc. But right now we can only have a member directory of members.

    I would also like to be able to add lapsed members to the member directory. We have a regional and national network so not all the regional members pay the fee to be in the national network. However, I still want these lapsed members or contacts to show up in our regional member…
