Go back to the old email design - this new wizard is the worst idea you've ever had
Allow users to choose to go back to the old email wizard. The new one is a disaster. It takes twice as long to compose an email now and it's inconvenient because you can't see your composition and distribution entirely until the last step. A complete waste of time and effort. Get rid of it. (and work on the response time of the member searches instead). A real disappointment.

improve the finances module, e.g. consolidated reports, manage organization payment to outside vendors, make charts in reports optional.

Can we have an option for a pseudonym so that if a member posts a blog, a reply, photo albums, etc., they can stay relatively anonymous?
Can you add a pseudonym field so that if someone posts a blog, a reply, photo albums, etc., that this is used instead. They may just want to be referred as John B. and for our small membership, we know who that person is. Many of our members do not want to have their full names showing, especially if it appears on the public portions of the site. Not everyone wants to have themselves googled to see who this person is and what they're doing, especially if they have an uncommon name like myself. It is why I stay away…

Credit for co-leadership
Our organization requires co-leadership. Would there be a way that we could keep track of who co-led an activity without having to go back through the year and do it manually/womanually?

Email to archived members to persuade them to rejoin
During a campaign for new members, ability to send an e-mail or newsletter say once a year to our former members in the archive to persuade them to rejoin.
1 voteUnfortunately, it means that you’ll have to keep them in database, not archiving. Sending emails, keeping history of sent emails requires computing resources and this is why we take database size into pricing.

Donation Export Producing Inconsistent Information
Hi Apricots,
I'm using Wild Apricot to manage the administration of our donations and also using the information collected to complete mail merges in MS Word using the export from Wild Apricot.
However I'm finding that it's exporting information in a format that is not consistent with the exporting from Memberships.
For instance I want to export the Date Paid, Receipt Number & Amount.
The actual date paid is 1st April 2016, but the date paid that is exported presents as 4/1/2016 5:31:19 AM. I don't want the time to be exported and I want the date format to be…

Carry over of registration information
We offer a 1.5 day event in which some people sign up for the half day, others for the full day and others for the full 1.5 days. We've been using two events for this (1/2 day and full day), but when this method is used, the person signing up needs to fill in their personal data on two registration forms. Can you create a way to carry registration data from one form to another or produce a form that can accommodate more than one event?

Add compliant information to forum system emails
Looking at the knowledge base, I see that emails all have to meet regulations. The regulations vary somewhat but all require the organization's contact information. When a system email is sent out for the daily forum notifications, there is an unsubscribe link but NO name, address, etc. Shouldn't this be part of the emails to make sure we're all in compliance?

event calendar gadget
I wish you'd change up the event listing showing. When it shows on the gadget (see wchra.org home page) it cuts off the text at the top and the bottom. Also, the "Show details" button is below the "Register" button. Could the show details be put where the text ends? Thanks.
1 voteThis gadgets is not designed for a column view – it’s a “big” gadget and needs a wider column. Instead, use “Upcoming events” gadget.

Event: Changes - Undo Option - After Save?
Please add the ability to change an Event back to its previous state(s) after changes/modifications were made and then saved.
This will be a great feature especially when multiple Admins are working with Events and stuff happens. :)

I'm setting up our site and it would be great to see the workflows you used to design the site. For example, I would like to see how you intended setting up memberships and events to work. You seem to have addressed every complex scenario I have encountered, but it would be a great learning tool to see how you design the site.

Multiple lines on Renewal Invoices
When setting up Membership level details there is only One Box labeled Membership where I can enter an amount. I would like 3-5 extra lines where I can define both the description and the amount that will display on the invoice. For example:
Existing
System displays Membership Fee and I enter 100.00 into the amount fieldNew Functionality in addition to above:
I enter Tennis Fee in the description box and 25.00 in the amount field
I enter Squash Fee in the description box and 27.50 in the amount field

Adding a new gateway doesn’t align with our current focus for the product. Supporting each payment systems takes time and resources away from our development and support teams to provide the better, more reliable service.
We are going to archive the idea, but please, continue to share your feedback!

Prevent event registrant from becoming a contact
The ability to suspend a member's ability to register for events without making them functionally an inactive member (so they still receive all mass communications sent to active members).
