  3. Optimized the site for visually impaired people.

    We have three members of our club that are visually impaired.
    They are claiming that the captura tool that is being used is not compliant with their screen reader software.

    I'm not sure how that works and what the technology behind visually impaired screen assistance reader.

  4. Event Attendees Self Check-in capability

    We would like the capability to create a simple webpage that allows event attendees to enter their email address, or any other field we define (i.e., Member ID). System finds the event registration for that contact and checks them in to the event. This self-serve check-in feature is available only if the attendee has paid the appropriate attendance fee.

    This would relieve work from our registration people at events. We would set up two or three computers at the registration table and allow attendees to check themselves into the event.

  5. continue generating new invoices even if member has not paid previous invoice

    Presently we have WA setup to generate invoices on a quarterly basis. However, if a member is overdue in paying their invoice then their status changes, they are no longer considered active, and they no longer get invoiced at the next due date. In our business model we choose to continue to offer them services as we know they eventually will pay. When they then eventually pay the overdue invoice we presently need to manually generate invoices for billing periods that the system did not create invoices for. This can be a big headache.   6. Flexible event organiser notifications

    Event notifications to different contacts. We host many events with many different organisers and I have limited options as to who can receive these emails. A tick box option from the list of contacts would bring ultimate flexibility for any event organised by any one.

  7. Members, Summary - reporting on bundles

    Almost all of our member levels are bundles, so having the bundle numbers in brackets for the Total column is good, but it would be really useful on the other columns as well. The dashboard would then be a great quick report for associations like ours.

  9. exporting combined groups or subsets of members

    we have several types/levels of members, and I would like a quick way to export their email addresses for mass mailings. I can easily do the total of all members from the summary page but if I want to export 4 of 7 types of members I have to do each type separately and paste the lists together... I would like a way to sort my membership types in the summary screen and export just some groups in a single action

  10. Creating Courses Using Wild Apricot

    Would like to use WA to have people signup and pay for courses. As a starting off point it would be helpful if automatic recurring payments for same could be limited by a date range - say a 3 month course billed monthly but for only 3 months and then the membership level would default to a different membership level ie "course graduate" who would have different site access.

  11. Require member to update or verify profile when renewing

    I would like the option to require members to verify their information is correct when they renew annually. Currently there's no way to force members to even look at their information after they initially inputted it, which may be several years old.

  12. Renewal Reminders for members without email addresses

    It would be nice if there was a merge capability to be able to PRINT a manual renewal reminder to members who do not have an email address. We find many members WITH EMAIL addresses just do not open them and are therefore unaware that memberships have expired. While mail merges with Excel or Word are available, it would sure be a nice feature to just go to a form and have the system link the expiring members.

    Then we could just print ourselves copies of the notices and send them out.

  13. Attendance Report in Excel Format

    I'd like to see the attendance report available to export in excel rather than only in PDF.... I know we can export the attendees and manipulate the data, but if you are going to create a report - it would be nice to have options for the export.

  14. Restricted Pages - Show as grayed out

    It would be nice if a restricted page showed as grayed out so when people aren't logged in, they can see what pages they cannot get to until they log in. See wafla.org. Right now we have a member's only section that can only be seen when the member logs in. It would be good to show people that aren't members yet or our current members that can't find the tab because they aren't logged in.

  16. More opt-out/opt-in choices on event announcements

    Currently, contacts have three choices on e-mail delivery: event announcement, e-mail blasts, and workflow e-mails. I send all three event announcements so that I can send an early one, mid-range in time, and last reminder. However, some of our members wish they could cut back on these and only get the first one. That's fine with me but I don't see any way to do this. Event announcements are a subscribe/unsubscribe choice. It would be great if we could have a subcategory of this where we could indicate which event announcements a person signs up for. Then, I could just…

  18. Overhaul WA HTML e-Mail to send out REAL HTML standard

    A while ago I realized why my RESPONSIVE HTML e-Mails weren't responsive: I found out that the Wild Apricot eMail System does not send out WW3 confirm HTML eMails, as it "cleans" all HTML code from the templates that are not inside the <body> tag while sending it out.

    This is a real problem because eMail clients like Apple Mail and others totally depend on the correct DOC Type and <meta> tag structure and content to correctly display HTML and give the viewing device the chance to arrange the layout according to the designer's CSS code.     exclude/include particular pages from search using the site search widget. Ex., when searching the site for actions, the results are displayed and I click the content type which directs me to the page with the searchable content. I would like for it to take me directly to the content on the page because once I get to the page I have to Ctrl F to find action.

  20. Allow me to sort a members event registrations by event name or type when in "admin view"

    When a member has multiple events in their accounts, as the admin I cannot sort the list of event registrations in any way. Should be able to perform a simple sort by function (either date registered, event name or event type should do).
