Improving customer service?
Customer service is about giving customers what they want, when they want buy some product from my Business and make them come back to use my service again, in the best possible way. If my business provides good customer, I thought my gadgets are the building blocks of Wild Apricot on my site pages will growing up, Business have a greater chance of keeping and increasing customer base.Good customer service can help your business grow by increasing:
customer numbers through favorable word-of-mouth advertising
the dollar amount spent per customer per transaction

File name and path for images in gadgets
I would like to see the name or address of an image I have added to a gadget, like a content gadget, when I go to edit the gadget contents. That way I will know exactly what picture I added to a gadget later so I can add it to another gadget later.

Popup box
Please add an option to create a popup box on a page. We'd love to have popup boxes serve as event highlight/reminders, or as a way to get folks to sign up to access content that's downloadable only.

Sticky mobile panel (menu / login)
Please make the (Main layout with mobile panel) template option sticky as standard. I have tested all the current themes and none of them offer a sticky menu option that works on mobile devices. Every time you want to view the menu you need to scroll all the way to the top of the page (pain in the but). Any modern day website has this feature.

Offer new/out-of-date users help navigating when they log on
Would appreciate some advice -- is there a way to modify the log-in gadget and/or the authentication page to detect users who haven't logged in for some time and offer a tutorial on navigating the website?

localStorage
There is a DOM Exception thrown if localStorage is tried to be accessed within an IFrame and certain Browser Privacy Settings. My JavaScripts are not executed because of the Exception caused by your JavaScripts. Please fix by using try/catch every time your scripts try to access localStorage. Please start in object "OnlineStoreCartService" because this is affecting me.

Login Freedom
It would be great if we had the ability to change login credentials from email to something else. We have a long standing association that is moving from one platform to Wild Apricot and they have been using a particular number to login. Since this system does not have that ability it will cause great confusion for the membership.

Navigation Bar is uneditable
We use the recommended template for our website by Wild Apricot. Every feature on every page is customizable except for the navigation bar. This is absurd. Its off brand and unfortunately the navigation bar is a prominent feature and totally off brand. Disappointing call with "tech support" who told me that she couldn't help me with any aspect of making this adjustment.

More link styles
Please create more link styles. Instead of the standard rectangle, or rectangular outline, could we see more curved link buttons? Thanks!

Donations link in all profile categories
In the Contact profile widget, it has a list of links across the top "Profile", "Email subscriptions", "My event registrations" and "Invoices and payments". The "Donations" link doesn't show up unless you have clicked on the "My event registrations" or "Invoices and payments". Can we get that "Donations" link to show up across the top for all the different categories in a person's profile? Right now if a donor logs in and wants to view their donations history, they won't know where to look. unless they start searching through the various links at the top. (or is this something that…

Use correct logos for social media companies in social buttons widget. Currently, Facebook and Instagram logos are against their brand guidelines and could lead to confusion. See below.
