Printing Membership cards in bulk
Membership cards are great and I like that members can print their own. I would like to see a feature where the administrator can print all member cards in bulk to card stock like Avery so we can laminate the cards for appearance.

QR / Barcodes on the Membership Card
I've just had a look at the membership cards facility. Great development. But I currently print membership badges with the UserID formatted as a barcode (code39). Members are scanned in to meetings with a barcode zapper (the number goes straight into a spreadsheet). Saves the queue at the door.
So I need the card editor to allow a barcode font - what's the chance?69 votes

How are you going to use QR codes on membership cards? Do you expect some additional functionality in WA, which will be able to read and process these codes?

Month end renewal date
Our organization has all renewals due at the end of the month when a member joined. I see no option for setting this up. We have to hand alter each member's record-

Restrict Bundle Administrator Adding Bundle Members
Would like to have the ability to disable Bundle Administrators' ability to add bundle members. Some of ours have been doing this however because they are then not being flagged with the appropriate Member Groups, they are missing out on emails.

block renewal for accounts with outstanding invoices
If account has outstanding invoices, the software will not allow account to be renewed (generate renewal invoice) until paid in full.

I would like WA to have a function, "print member application" or "print member details", which will load the relevant data in an attractive pdf format.

Membership Bundle Lists
When you remove a person from a membership bundle could you remove their name from the list? I have membership bundles that may change who their members are within the bundle from year to year and it is a cumbersome list with it showing names of individuals who are no longer part of that membership bundle.

List Membership Invoice and Status on Individual Pending New Members List
I would like to suggest a membership invoice column showing the payment status when you are reviewing your Individual Pending New Memberships list.
If I knew their invoice was paid, I could go in to review their application and activate their membership. Currently you have to view each pending members membership tab to see if their invoice has been paid, then scroll through each one individually. If their was an invoice column on the listing page that showed the payment status of that invoice, you could save a lot of time and just go into the profile that needs to…5 votes -

Copy 'Change status to Lapsed' to automatic actions for grace period
Membership Renewal Policy: Copy the functionality of the second "If not renewed within x days" to the first. We want a membership which expired to change from Pending Renewal to Lapsed. After x days later, we want to void the invoice and change the status to Suspended. Not all associations offer a grace period after the expiration date.

On Membership renewal system page, move renewal code box nearer to top
We have many custom member fields defined, and they are all displayed (for editing?) on the Membership renewal system page. Way, way, way down at the bottom is the box to enter a renewal discount code.
Our members never discover that box - it seems more natural that this be up nearer the top, before the "Your profile" section.
For that matter, we'd be happy to be able to remove the entire "Your profile" section completely from the Membership renewal page.

Keep financial information about bundle after switching bundle administrator
This actually works quite well for us and is the main reason we chose WA. The only thing that I think can be confusing is that sometimes we switch who is the bundle administrator but the account information of previous invoices and payments stays with the member not the new bundle administrator – so you can be in a situation whereby clicking on the bundle administrator account doesn’t always tell the whole story financially

Allow Multiple Organization identification per member
We identify and bill membership by business or organization type and often our members are part of two or more organizations. I'd like to be able to add them to multiple bundles for tracking purposes. The only way I can do this now is by duplicating their name and setting up multiple contacts (emails) for the same person. It would be cleaner to have this all under one entry.

Make it easier for a new member to sign up as part of existing bundle / organization
A suggestion that I would like to make now is to make it easier for a new member to sign up and be part of an existing bundle. Here is my current workflow, and the problem.
My organization has individual members, and corporate memberships, which are bundles with 10 possible places, one being the admin.
As it stand now, when new member signs up, and chooses corporate membership, they are assigned as a new bundle administrator and asked to pay the full corporate membership fee. There is no mechanism to have them be assigned to an existing bundle when they…

continue to invoice member for each renewal period
Many membership organizations (golf clubs, etc.) have policies to continue invoicing members even in the event that a member fails to pay the invoice for the preceding membership term. The primary reason that organizations do this is that their membership policies have been tailored to cover the underlying fixed costs faced by the organization. In such organizations the policy generally is to require that the member opt out of the membership by communicating that intention in some fashion to the organization, rather than simply by stopping payment.

Change placement of field instructions
In the membership and contact forms, the field instructions show up at the bottom of the input - where people don't see it right away. Can there be an option to move the field instructions to the top of the input so users can see the instructions before entering the data?

Section divider field instructions
Please include Field Instructions on a Separator in the member profile. That way, I can include instructions/explanation for all of the fields in that section, rather than each separate field.

Display Group description for members
"Is there a way to access the Group Description information and present it on a page with the Group Name to our members? I currently enter the group name and the group description into WA in the Members / Group Participation Area. Then, I have my members signup for each of the groups on their profile page… but there is only group names, without description of the group .
