  1. Keep Membership card to smartphone (like Wallet app on iPhone)

    Export a membership card to smart phone (the iOS one is called wallet I think), Then members could store it with their boarding passes etc, and show when necessary at participating retailers to collect their membership discount.

    • Hyperlink New Members in last 7 and 30 Days to List of Members

      The membership lists include how many new members in the last 7 and 30 days, but those numbers are not linkable and thus I do not necessarily know who the new members are. Is there a way? Can those numbers in the Overview be hyperlinked to quickly see the new members?

      • Custom membership period

        We would like to be able to offer a membership period that lasts for an arbitrary length of time. In one case, we need to have a seven month membership (December 1 through June 30).

        • Stop and Hold membership option

          Our company offers an option of putting memberships on Hold with a 30 day notice. Since there is no such option, I have to keep track of all our clients dates and change them manually. I have missed a few in the past because it is so hard to keep track of everyone and our clients were charged.

            Can we get a Select All button for the members profile privacy fields? it would be nice if members could quickly set all their privacy and then deselect the least ones.

            I would suggest having an option at the top of each column under the Anybody/Member/No Access Heading.
            I think it should be a Select All option that changes all the settings to Select All and then we can deselect the ones we dont wont.

            This would also make it easier for bulk changing a bunch of user privacy settings.
            It is really inconvenient for users to have to go…

            • New Applications Reminders

              Would like options to send email Reminders to New Applications that haven't paid their membership dues after X number of days and x number of times to send reminders. After certain period of time, an option to Archive the new application if they haven't paid.

              Currently we have to go into the Pending - New invoices and manually send invoices again with text reminding them of dues required.

              The Renewal works great with multiple options for reminding members of payment due, don't have the same options with New Applications.

              • Geographic member field

                It would be great if you could develop a filter on the membership registration form, which could distinguish members by geographic area. So by postal code or ZIP code (in the U.S.). This is a feature some of your competitors offer, and we really need this feature to provide our service. Thanks!

                • Do not have default rnewal date be a year from current date

                  Our renewal dates are Mar 1, Jul 1, Sep 1 and Dec 1 to distribute them across the year. We have to manually edit the renewal date for every new member because WA automatically defaults to one year after current date. Getting rid of this default will save us a lot of time.

                    I'm considering using WildApricot, but need to know about how it can help me checking members into my gym and tracking their memberships and clases. I own a small boutique gym and checking-in members into classes and keeping track of the number of classes taken (one membership we offer is a 10-class pack) is a nightmare for me. I'm too small of a business to buy an expensive gym management system (membership is around 35) but it's hard to keep track of everyone's membership status.                       • Annual renewals due quarterly through the year

                        Another option for membership renewal periods should be implemented.
                        Under the Every 1 year option, there needs to be a choice for renewal dates occurring at quarterly intervals, in our case March 1, June 1, September 1 and December 1.

                        It is an option for having everyone renew quarterly, but we have the renewals spread out across the year in this fashion so we don’t have 4,000 annual renewals pouring in at the same time.

                          Our dues are paid by payroll deduction from members biweekly paychecks'. The employer sends one check with list of people who payed dues. Need a way to track these payments.

                          • 12 month membership on payment plan - not ongoing

                            Create new functionality that enables us to create a 12 month membership on a payment plan that would then be treated like an annual membership by triggering renewal emails. Not on a monthly ongoing plan.

                              about Membership Cards
                              I live in a retirement community, and most of our members will never log onto the site or get a password. It would be really useful if I could somehow put a link or actually put a personalized membership card on the system-generated email I send to new and renewing members.                                   • membership levels invoices update

                                    Found a flaw
                                    As an admin, I can change membership level regardless of if an invoice has been generated, and I can opt to update the invoice. However, My members cannot do this from their interface. Once the system has emailed them an invoice, they dont have the option to change their membership levels and are stuck with the level reflected on their invoice. I am of the opinion that the admin should have the option to give the members the same power as the admin to update their own membership levels and update their invoices for payment.

                                    • "Member since" and "Renewal due on" fields

                                      I hate the fact that the "member since" field and the "renewal due on" field are not automatically populated any more because frankly it just causes more work. I need to be able to edit other fields under membership, specifically whether or not the applicant is a state CAMFT member, whether her/his CAMFT/license numbers are correct, etc. PRIOR to approving his/her membership, not after. One can always edit the dates, should one choose to do so, so the fields being blank serves no purpose, other than making things more difficult and time-consuming.

                                      • Display "Bundles" for all Levels on the Member List

                                        On the Member List Summary, the "Total" for each Level also shows "(Bundles"). Why not show ("Bundles") for the other Column Headers? "Active" "Renewal Overdue" "Lapsed" "Pending" "New in Last"

                                        • Allow admins to set display order on member summary

                                          Allow admins to set the display order of member levels on the summary screen. We have to designate member levels with numerical prefixes in order to get them to display in a logical order other than alphabetical. Same issue as was previously corrected on the new member application form and as requested for correction in change-membership-level form.
