allow members to edit profile and include fees
It would be useful to allow a Membership Field with an extra charge to be edited, or added, by a member within their profile, generating a new invoice for that charge. We use fields with extra charges to provide our members with a la carte optional add-ons to their membership on the registration form and would like to be able to easily offer those same add-ons to members after they have joined.

Month end renewal date
Our organization has all renewals due at the end of the month when a member joined. I see no option for setting this up. We have to hand alter each member's record-

continue to invoice member for each renewal period
Many membership organizations (golf clubs, etc.) have policies to continue invoicing members even in the event that a member fails to pay the invoice for the preceding membership term. The primary reason that organizations do this is that their membership policies have been tailored to cover the underlying fixed costs faced by the organization. In such organizations the policy generally is to require that the member opt out of the membership by communicating that intention in some fashion to the organization, rather than simply by stopping payment.

Custom fields with multiple parts and "add another" functionality
Enhance custom fields on members and contacts to support tracking of complex, variable length data. For example, we need to track the name, gender, and birthday of our members children. To do this we have one field where they enter all the names and then 5 different date fields. This is awkward all around. We don't have the data connected accurately because it's stored separately. And then if a member only has 1 or 2 kids there are extra fields hanging around. The search displays and directory widget displays are limited to 3 fields per column so we the data…

Membership Bundle Lists
When you remove a person from a membership bundle could you remove their name from the list? I have membership bundles that may change who their members are within the bundle from year to year and it is a cumbersome list with it showing names of individuals who are no longer part of that membership bundle.

block renewal for accounts with outstanding invoices
If account has outstanding invoices, the software will not allow account to be renewed (generate renewal invoice) until paid in full.

Keep financial information about bundle after switching bundle administrator
This actually works quite well for us and is the main reason we chose WA. The only thing that I think can be confusing is that sometimes we switch who is the bundle administrator but the account information of previous invoices and payments stays with the member not the new bundle administrator – so you can be in a situation whereby clicking on the bundle administrator account doesn’t always tell the whole story financially

Section divider field instructions
Please include Field Instructions on a Separator in the member profile. That way, I can include instructions/explanation for all of the fields in that section, rather than each separate field.

Restrict Bundle Administrator Adding Bundle Members
Would like to have the ability to disable Bundle Administrators' ability to add bundle members. Some of ours have been doing this however because they are then not being flagged with the appropriate Member Groups, they are missing out on emails.

Copy 'Change status to Lapsed' to automatic actions for grace period
Membership Renewal Policy: Copy the functionality of the second "If not renewed within x days" to the first. We want a membership which expired to change from Pending Renewal to Lapsed. After x days later, we want to void the invoice and change the status to Suspended. Not all associations offer a grace period after the expiration date.

On Membership renewal system page, move renewal code box nearer to top
We have many custom member fields defined, and they are all displayed (for editing?) on the Membership renewal system page. Way, way, way down at the bottom is the box to enter a renewal discount code.
Our members never discover that box - it seems more natural that this be up nearer the top, before the "Your profile" section.
For that matter, we'd be happy to be able to remove the entire "Your profile" section completely from the Membership renewal page.

Back date renewal date to date of lapse when renewing
Right now, when a membership expires and is renewed past the expiration date, the renewal date is set from the date the member renews, (rather than the date the membership expired).
We would appreciate the following option: If a membership lapses the next renewal date is set to one period from the date the membership lapsed. (not the date that the membership is reactivated)

Creating Pre-Defined Lists for field options
We have a set of fields with about 320 items in a drop down list. It would be nice to create and edit the list of 320 items and then select it as a pre-defined list similar to states. There are changes each year to the items on this list and it's very time consuming to add/remove items from each of the 20 instances the list appears. It's actually quicker to delete the fields and re-add them.

Change placement of field instructions
In the membership and contact forms, the field instructions show up at the bottom of the input - where people don't see it right away. Can there be an option to move the field instructions to the top of the input so users can see the instructions before entering the data?

Display Group description for members
"Is there a way to access the Group Description information and present it on a page with the Group Name to our members? I currently enter the group name and the group description into WA in the Members / Group Participation Area. Then, I have my members signup for each of the groups on their profile page… but there is only group names, without description of the group . List Membership Invoice and Status on Individual Pending New Members List
I would like to suggest a membership invoice column showing the payment status when you are reviewing your Individual Pending New Memberships list.
If I knew their invoice was paid, I could go in to review their application and activate their membership. Currently you have to view each pending members membership tab to see if their invoice has been paid, then scroll through each one individually.
