Export member groups as a separate columns
Currently when you export a Member list the associated groups are exported into 1 column seperated by commas in no particular order. The data is inocnsitent wne the export is pulled. I would like to see all of members group affilliations export to their own column so that i am able to sort and filter on those groups much easier.

Import Membership Discount Codes
RE: Groups:) It would be great if this feature was available.
The ability to import DISCOUNT codes for MEMBERSHIPS. Each of our partners is allowed a certain number of discounted memberships. We currently have 100+ partners so that means 200+ codes that we will have to manually enter.3 votes -
Increase Field Length
Please increase field length. When I import a member's profile text from Excel and from Quickbooks notes, it truncates the text and doesn't give me an error message either. Would like to be able to add a person's history relevant to their membership. It is way too short.

Import Program Should Not Include Hidden "Notes" Field
There is a field called Notes that is an internal use field. This field is "hidden" in the sense that is does NOT show up in the Contacts or Members fields lists.
This causes confusion because upon import, the import program will attempt to match an imported field name of Notes to this internal use field called Notes. This causes confusion because the admin doing the import will not remember creating a Notes field (because they didn't) and won't see it in the Fields lists (because it isn't there).

Custom Select from All Exportable Data and Save for Later Use
I'd like to be able to build a custom export to include fields from Contacts, Invoices, Payments, etc., that are unique to each export. For example, I often need to report on membership statuses along with the last dues payment made, the amount paid, and other payment details. To do that, I have to get export Contacts, Invoices, and Payments, then put in Access and link the 3 tables. I've attached the field names for three exports so you can see how they differ.

Event Extra Charge Calculation Export
When you create an Extra Charge calculation field in custom Events Registration, the Multiplier number entered by the attendee is treated as text, rather than numeric, in exports, which makes it hard to sort by size. Can that be changed to numeric for the export?

Add [Check All / Clear All/ to the file Import dialog
When importing contacts after having bulk modified one or two data fields... it is cumbersome to have to disable the checkbox for all the fields that were not modified.. or go thru the process of deleting all the columns and saving as a new / temporary file before importing.
A simply Check All / Clear all option (like used in many areas of the program) would be helpful

Naming export files
When exporting files I would like to be able to edit the file name BEFORE it is created/downloaded.
"YYYY-MM-DD Members Association Name" is fine if you're only downloading one file, but when doing multiple exports in a short time frame, it would be great to edit the file name in advance. From the default file name, I can't tell the difference between a complete export and a highly filtered set.
It would also be nice to have the Organization information include a "nickname," or "short name" field, and the short field be used in file name instead of the frequently…

exporting based on coupon code used
Unless I am missing this ability, the first thing we have found that we want to do that is not available is to be able to create advanced search list and to export based on the coupon used to join and received discount off membership. I can view the members that have utilized the various coupons which is great, but you have to drill down several layers, not so bad, but then exporting just these doesn't work for me.

Batch export file attachments
We require attached files for both our applications for admission to classes (transcripts, etc), and our application (membership: "Author") to be considered for publication (an essay word doc). Batch export with the associated member record would be ideal.
Wufoo does this by including a URL to the file in the export (Excel, CSV, etc.) data.

Manual Invoice item is exported in Excel file
Under invoices export, item is included as a field that is exported to the Excel file.

importing data from other CRM software
currently our organization uses salesforce and has used it for the last 10 years. if we were to transition to WA, it would be invaluable to be able to bring that information over. i don't know what the export file looks like, but i imagine there are many transaction details for each member, as well as renewal information, and notes.

Include Automatic Export Emails in the Email Log for Administrator Review
When an export is done by an administrator, an email is sent only to the administrator who performed the export; however, that automatic email is not in the email log for the account owner to check administrator activity, which needs to be done for an organization's security to make certain administrators are not misusing their privileges. For example, an organization's membership list is the property of that organization and the member information in that list is entrusted to the organization by the members. Automatically assign bundle admin for new bundle on import
When you import a contact that is in a group that does not use the email, have the system automatically create the first user as the bundle admin for the new bundle with in a bundle level. That way a last name column could be used to identify the bundle for the family instead of having to manually type in a bundle admin email for every family (group) in the membership

Exporting Member data with stripe recurrring in another system

…My client currently using wild apricot for membership management. he can't share account number with me. I tried to export members and financial data from wild apricot account but it couldn't contain stripe customer id and stripe source id field in csv when i export. please can you help how can i get stripe customer id and stripe source id for existing members on wild apricot account, stripe customer id is like "cus_ELVWLyZ0t7CBxD" and stripe source id is like "src_1DsoVTKz8Bu2wmuXrOMgNvZx". please can you help on to get these two field with member export as other system need these1 vote
