  1. Additional filters needed for Financial income reports

    We need to be able to run the income report (to show all invoices issued in the period) and be able to filter by the payment tender to show the portion of an invoice paid by wild apricot payments, the portion paid with a credit on the account, or other tenders and the portion that remains unpaid at the end of any given period. Currently, the income export will show all invoices and the amount paid/unpaid but it doesn't break down the amount of each payment tender.   2. Add Attachments to Payment records

    Could you add a function to be able to upload or attach a file to the payment records? This way, we could attach a copy of the deposit slip to the payment for future reference.

  3. $ totals on reports

    Under Payments and refunds report it should give $totals. For example if I am using it to sum up the cheque deposits for that day I can record cheque payments but have to export to excel to get a sum of those cheque payments for the day.

  4. Redeeming a discount, adds member to a group

    RE: Groups:) It would be great if this feature was available.
    When members redeem a specific DISCOUNT, they are automatically added to a specific GROUP which can be assigned by and ADMIN at creation of the discount

  5. Reoccuring Invoices for Vendor Sponsorship renewals

    I would like to request an enhancement request for invoicing.

    We are a non-profit information security organization (local chapter of ISSA) and every year I have to manually create an identical invoice for each vendor that sponsors up.

    The enhancement I would like to recommend is:

    1. Reoccuring invoices. This would create a new invoice 12 months after the last one, give me the ability to review it, and send it out to the vendor. And/Or

    2. The ability to clone an existing invoice. This would allow me to take an invoice I sent last year and clone it. It would receive…

  6. Add user ID as account number

    We have hit a road-block with our credit union.

    As we were attempting to set up online payment so that members cold pay directly from the Credit Union (vs. using PayPal), our CU informed us that we need an account # on the invoice.
    When we are creating the invoice, it shows the user along with their user ID#
    However, when the actual invoice is created, the system drops their ID # and only shows their name.

  7. disable online payments for manual invoices

    I would like the ability to disable the member from paying online when creating manual invoices. We have instances where we prefer to have a check because of the transaction fees. The ability to choose which tender is accepted for an individual invoice would be nice.

  9. settle all invoices when recording a single payments

    Offer a "settle All" button.

    When someone pays for multiple items with a check, I have to settle each invoice separately. If they are paying for all events with that check, it would be nice to have a "Settle All" option to settle all items in the pop up box.

    I am not thrilled with the way invoicing and financial transactions, including multiple payments and refunds, show under a member's record. It can be a little disjointed. It would be better if it was listed more like it would look in an accounting software as a full transaction list. For Example:

    10/27/14 - Invoice - Membership Renewal - Silver Level - $200
    10/28/14 - Payment - Membership Renewal - Silver Level - $200
    10/28/14 - Invoice - Newsletter - Monthly Newsletter - $100

  11. HST Charges

    HST must be charged on basis of where the product or service is provided. If we hold an event in Ontario then this needs to have 13% HST applied but the current system appears to use different locations (and rules) maybe based on address of customer, address of registered credit card??
    The system does not comply with CRA guidelines at this point and needs to be fixed

  12. Apply payments or credits across membership bundles

    Allow application of a credit from one bundle member's account to another member of the bundle's invoice. We often have one partner with a credit position, then they both register for an event and want to use the credit in one account to pay for both.

  13. Payment Instructions in HTML

    Payment instructions (https://gethelp.wildapricot.com/en/articles/524-payment-settings#instructions) currently support only text, but they are commonly embedded in places (such as invoices or e-mails) that support HTML. Our members find the limitation to text extremely inconvenient, as they would like to see the QR code (a PNG graphic) used for e-banking in Switzerland (and elsewhere) instead of having to enter our account details in their e-banking applications.

  14. HST on Receipts

    I have just processed our first payment and the receipt came through with the total amount of the invoice HOWEVER the HST was not reported separately. As we are a municipal association it is important from our members standpoint and their employers that HST be identified separately. No different than you charging HST on fees and having to report it separately

  18. direct member cc billing capabilities needed

    I am the administrator of 218947 and have a few products in the "store." I have to do a work around to put in and bill a member's credit card. It is odd that, as an administrator, I can not directly bill a member for a product or service without having to input the order under my name, edit the invoice and then input his/her cc number. Please make it so an admin can input a cc charge directly from the admin side of the store. Ed Padin

  19. Non profit sales

    We sell a handbook that is of primary, although not exclusive, interest to non-profits. I would like a way for non profits to easily opt out of paying sales tax on this item. Right now my options are to either turn sales tax on or off. . . black or white. I need gray, ie the option to pay it, or opt out of it.

  20. ease of adding manual invoices

    Please make it easier to add an invoice to a new member. Currently, there are too many screens to go through before a manual invoice can be added. On the contacts page, next to their name on a search would be ideal.
