  1. Give bundle administrator ability to see registrations of their bundle members

we really need is the ability for bundle administrators to at least SEE (if not edit) the events their bundle members are signed up for or have taken in the past. We have a membership with parents and children. And on top of needing to be able to have parents sign their children up for events (but not themselves) we need parents to be able to see the events their kids are signed up for.

  2. Like!

    Hi guys,
Just another Like: your system is consistently surprising me in a positive way: not only does your system provide me with the functions I need, every time I start doing something new. But is does so in a smooth, rich and intuitive way.
Keep up the great job! If ever I got real value for money on the web, than it is with Wild Apricot!
    Regards,
    Friso

  3. Emails from events

It would be great if we could have the option of sending email from the name of our events or our organization. Our annual event is a collaboration and it would be a nice option to have the email come from the event itself, instead of having it come from the name of our organization.

  4. Upcoming EVents for Multiple days

Please add a option for Events to show or not show in Upcoming Events. When there are multiple days like a Pilates class a week it takes up all of the Upcoming calendar.

Can the event confirmation page, be included in System Pages, to be able to customize?

  6. Event Report

We would love to have the ability to generate a report of our events separately to give to our hosting events.

  7. Discount coupons for event registrations

I tried implementing the arrangement for coupon codes for events this week.

I'm sorry, but I really don't like the way it currently works.

To explain, I wanted to setup a coupon code in WA for 25% off a registration for any event. To start with, I needed to edit every single event one at a time to do so. Then, when I logged in and practiced going through the process of registering, it showed the 25% off rate as an option. Anyone could see the amount of the coupon, even if they did not know the code and therefore…

  8. Multiple event gadgets on same page

I want to have two or more event gadgets on the same page, filtered by different tags.

Example. I'd want a calendar for events sponsored by our neighborhood. Then I'd want a separate calendar for events sponsored by city-wide groups such as the book fair, or science fair, City alders, Mayor, Arts group.

  9. Change "Guests" to "Teams" and make mandatory field

We are registering school teams for a competition. We'd like to be able to either change the word "Guests" to "Teams", or have another option other than "Guests". Also, we'd like to make the field mandatory -- we had schools register, but they didn't see "Guests" all the way at the bottom, even with highlighted reminders, so they didn't register their teams. If it could be made to be a required field, they wouldn't miss what is at the bottom of the page.

  10. Obscure an event organizer's email address in event email announcements.

Currently if an event is announced using the event email settings the organizer's email address will go to all recipients. The only way to protect the email address of the organizer is require that the event organizer be listed using a more generic administrative email address but this will reroute all event email reports on registration away from the organizer as well.

This proposal is that there be an option to use the admin email return address but to include a hyperlink to the organizer's personal message system contact web page.

The status of this option would map the organizer's…

  11. registration button that can be placed ANYWHERE on a page

It would be great if the 'register' button could be placed in a specific location on the page. If you are hosting an event that has multiple registration options the register button gets buried at the bottom of the page and (we're told) it can be hard to find.

  12. Registration time

Currently the registration start time we set for an event is ignored. If the date is Sept. 1st for example, members can begin registering at 12:01 am on Sept. 1 instead of the 9:00 am we entered. This is an issue for members who don't want to stay up late in order to register before the event is sold out.

  13. Need to take attendance at events without registration, or need a bulk registration feature.

We have general membership meetings twice per month that are also open to visitors. There is currently no way to check people as present without registering them each individually. It would be helpful to be able to check members and contacts as present without having to register them. Or, at least, it would be helpful to bulk register members or contacts.

  14. Display selective details on upcoming events gadget in public view

When member events are created, the location information is also shared in the public view. This is concerning as this is sensitive information and must not be shared to the general public.
Currently, my work around has been to create events to not display the locations and use filter to display them on my home page to provide as an incentive for prospective members.

Can there be an option where I can select what information is to be shared in the public view vs when a member is logged in, especially for location.

  15. Sorting and listing attendees of the same group booking in events

We currently use YourMembership.com and are looking to move across to WA as we feel if is more feature rich overall. However, as per YM, it would help if all attendees signed up for an event were grouped with the same batch ID. In YM there is a field in the export file which provides the same unique seven digit number for all attendees contained in the same booking. This is extremely useful for sorting exported data and listing attendees in order of group booking. It is also very useful when importing data in our seating plan software, Perfect Tableplan.…

  16. Allow people to register for several specific events during one day with one registration and the appropriate payment for their choices.

Often we have several workshops, or events, on one event day. I want to have people register for specific events during that day on one registration and the appropriate payment for their choices. I can only create a separate registration for each event and with separate registration fees. This is not useful.

  17. Administrators should control the 'Show registrants who want to be listed' setting for Events

The admin should control how the 'Show registrants who want to be listed' option works.

    For example,
They have hidden member only event, where they want to display the total number of registrants to other members (it should not be an option to their members but rather the organisation to control what get displayed or not)

  18. Less screens for event registration

Suggestion for WildApricot – software improvement.

There’s too many screens to confirm to register for an event. My suggestion would be on the main page have a checkbox to confirm use of user’s profile information that automatically behind the scenes registers and another button for live or dial in selection.

    Navigating/confirming 5 screens seems lengthy.
    Just my two cents.

  19. Coupon Codes

Coupon Codes -- We need to be able to create unique coupon codes that can only be used once. We have about 100 or more codes used annually so manual tracking would be burdensome. Thanks.

  20. Event coupon codes bypass membership checks/settings

When someone registers for an event using a coupon code, it bypasses all membership checks and conditions. Thus, when a member mistypes their e-mail address when signing up for an event using a coupon code, a non-member contact is created for the registration, and the member's account is not tied to the resulting registration. This messes up our contact database, all automatic e-mailing (usually the e-mails will bounce so the registered member doesn't get any communications), the organizer's records, and the member's membership record.

We have very good reasons for wanting to limit coupon codes only to members. For example,…
