email log and correctly counting links clicked
How the Log is created for clicked embedded links counts the number of links clicked rather than the number of people that click on a link in the email. This occurs when multiple links are included in an email. I would much rather see how many people were engaged to click rather than the number of links clicked. A simple example: email has 3 embedded links and is sent to 6 people. If 2 people clicked all 3 links, it will show 6 links clicked rather than only 2/6 people were engaged to click on the links. A big difference.…

Ability to send Password Email in an Email Blast
Re: Forgot Password Request. The email that is sent after entering an email address and the code, cannot be customized. Our organization customizes all of our emails with a logo and try to make them as user friendly as possible. Example: the first line reads "A request was made to recover a lost password for this email address at https://(name of organization).wildapricot.org/. Instead of the URL, why not just give the name of the organization. But, I really want to be able to customize this email.

Email Forwarding
It would be a big help if your email client could forward an email. Right now we have to take an email sent from a member and cut and paste it (or make it an attachment) before we can send it out to the membership. Things like job opportunities and death notices could be much easier handled if they could be forwarded rather than re-formatted.

Directory Messages Email Customization
Pardon me if I missed it, but we can customize just about any type email in the system but I haven't found how to do it with messages (emails) sent through the directory.
Is that possible at this point?

Including the recipient list on the draft email log
I would like to be able to see the recipient list name (so the saved search I guess) on the draft emails so that it's easy to pick out which one is which if you've got several on the go.

In email templates, PLEASE DO NOT make automatically make an email address clickable!
It makes no sense for our footer to say "Do not write the address that this email was sent from (adminetc@OurDomain.org) ..." and have it be clickable!
I repeatedly remove the link code, but it keeps coming back. Please don't do too much of our thinking for us. You can't anticipate everything.

Capability to add existing blog entries to newsletter
Instead of cutting and pasting our most recent blog entries into a newsletter, it would be much handier to be able to add the blog entries we've already included in the blog - something like the ability to drop the blog gadget into the newsletter. Useful options to include would be a "number of entries" option(e.g. add last N entries) and also the option to have a 'read more' button where the user needs to go to click the link and go to the site (and log in if needed) to read further.

Email Open Rate Report Criteria
Add to the report criteria: date last email opened (is greater than, less than, equal to), number of emails opened (is greater than, less than, equal to), and percent of emails opened (is greater than, less than, equal to). This would be a huge benefit to help us identify those who are most engaged, and to weed out those who don't open emails. We use email open rates to help us evaluate the effectiveness of our email blasts and content. If we can't weed out the "dead weight" then we are without a critical self-assessment tool and are driving blind.

Allow an automated email to waitlisted people
There is no way to email only the waitlisted people. We can email registered people in several ways using filters. But we can't email just the waitlisted people. We would like to have both a manual method (with a green button on top) AND an automated way such as when we set up Reminders to registered people.
Our purpose is to remind waitlisted people they are on the list and to ask them to let us know if they are no longer interested. That way we can get to actually interested and available people more quickly when there are cancellations.

Linking spouses
Husband/wife are both members but share 1 email. When blast is sent to only men or only women it may not be received by the appropriate person. Affected members resistant to setting up 2nd email as a work around. Can they be linked and both copied if a shared email address is identified or flagged.

Newsletter Template/Great Service
The newsletter templates are difficult to use as there are always issues with spacing, sizing of photos & type formatting. It would be great if you'd invest in making the newsletter templates easier to use. On a positive note, I was fortunate to talk with Chalini Vallepuram in your Service Dept., and she was incredibly helpful. She's a gem. Thank you for the great service!
