Blog - add line formatting feature
I did not see this any of the current wishlist items but just posted our first blog and noticed one essential feature is missing, line formatting. In content gadgets, email, events, they all have it so you can set spacing between paragraphs or line items. The blog does not, please incorporate this so we can make our blogs look correctly formatted and not extra wide spacing between paragraphs.

featured image
I would like to have the blog widget have a block in the blog form for "featured image". Then Apricot can place the image in proper spots on the proper sizes. The example image shows a "featured Image" at the top of the article, but improperly placed in the Blog List.

Allow non-members to create blog posts and new discussion forum threads
We have a need to have non-members be able to have full access to blogs and discussion boards, post new topics, etc. At a minimum, we woul like event attendees to be able to even if they aren't members.

10x better functionality on blogs
I would be really nice if Wild Apricot could have some nice blog layouts, it's really impossible to share updates with our community at he moment.

Letter identifiers for the profile numbers 1-50, etc.
The admin section identifies the people found on each profile page 1-50 and on, by the first three letters of the first person to the first three letters of the last personon the page. It would really help members to quickly find their names and those of others in the organizations.

Count of Comments
It would be nice for each members post to have a counter to indicate what number post it is. This way sites could do contests and give away things to the first one to reach 50 or 100 comments. It could help encourage participation.

Add spacing to Posts
The same formatting on the rest of the website should be available within blog posts. For example, the ability to change the spacing between paragraphs exists elsewhere, but not within blog posts.

Add a like button on blog posts and allow sorting by the number of likes so that members can see rapidly see popular, or topical posts.

Add Snippet capability and hide date/authorhsip
Recent Blog Post Gadget. Can you make improvements to it. This would help with USABP. Such as in the USABP Viewpoints landing page. I'd like to be able to serve up the articles with a summary/snippet or first 155 characters, etc to draw people in to the article. I'd also like to have control to hide author and / or article date. Title and snippet is way more current and user friendly for leading them to further engagement. incorporating blog into website
Unless I just have not figured out how to do it, I would love to incorporate our blogger blog onto our website. It is confusing to our families to try and remember where many of our articles are. www.chek.org and www.christianhomeeducatorsofky.blogspot.com

Recent Blog Widget not Refreshing on it's own.
I called into Tech support and this is an issue they are working on. Maybe it's just my site, or others are having the same issue.
Workaround - If you find this happening on your site:
* ADMIN VIEW
* WEBSITE
* SITE PAGES
* BLOG
* EDIT (you don't need to make any changes)
* SAVEComplete and refreshed!

Allow blog post's titles and snippets to be displayed in blog gadget publicly when the blog is set in a member only page
Many clients want to show at least the titles of member only post, however the blog gadget will not display any titles for posts in a member only page. So display a post title and details even if on a member only page - and when click require pubic to login to access full post.
