    The Wild Apricot version 4.5 upgrade is scheduled for Wednesday, April 3rd, beginning at 2:00 am (EST). Wild Apricot sites will be inaccessible for up to 30 minutes.

    Please save your work and log out in advance, and notify other users in your organization as appropriate. As always, all accounts will be updated automatically -- no action is required on your part. We will also maintain full backups of your data before the upgrade for any troubleshooting.

  8. 17 minutes of downtime on Monday, Jan 21 at 10:09 am

    At 10:09AM, due to a network issue at our hosting company all our services were not reachable for 17 minutes. This has been fixed and measures are being undertaken to prevent this occurring again.

  9. Final removal of white label support to take place January 28th

    As of January 28, 2013, support for white label accounts will be completely removed.

    For white label accounts, the following elements will become visible to all administrators: A "Powered by Wild Apricot" banner underneath your custom logo (if you have one) Help and support links, including the support ticket list Wild Apricot terms of use and release history

    Your custom logo will be automatically resized using HTML from 168 x 66 pixels to 168 x 49 pixels. Since the image will appear stretched, you should create and upload a new logo file to better fit the new dimensions.

  15. Widespread issues on our server farm - RESOLVED

    As of ~14:30 our monitoring systems have alerted us to some malfunctions on our server farm. Our engineers have immediately started investigation. A number of our servers seems to be affected - though the problems are intermittent. As of now, some of you might experience various problems with your Wild Apricot sites, such as:
    * not able to process payments
    * emails not sent out right away
    * web pages don't open or open very slowly
    * admin backend malfunctions

    Our team is working on this and we will post updates here.

  20. Problems accessing Wild Apricot sites for some clients

    Beginning at 7:30 am EST (20 July) some clients have reported having problems accessing their Wild Apricot sites. It appears this issue is affecting clients in certain areas only, and depending on where you are located (and which network you are on) you may or may not experience any problems. We are currently working on this issue and we will keep you posted as soon as this is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
