Issue with emails returning an Internal Server Error
Wild Apricot is currently experiencing email server issues where certain emails being sent out may fail and return an "Internal Server Error". Our team is currently investigating this issue and hope to have this resolved as soon as possible. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Issues with processing credit card payments for Wild Apricot subscription
We are currently experiencing issues with credit cards payments processing for Wild Apricot subscriptions.
Administrators might be seeing errors when trying to pay for their Wild Apricot accounts' subscription and no payments are processed.
Our engineering team is aware of this issue and we are working to get it resolved as soon as possible.

Currently, some links within the help site are not working. If the links ends with text rather than an article number, try removing the text from the link. We are working on resolving this issue as soon as possible.
